We camped at cave springs last summer. Two kids seemed to be doing ok near the rock cliff where everyone swims on the SW corner of the campground. That was before people started jumping off the rocks. Not sure if that is the same spot you are talking about?

We're getting new carpet in the bedrooms in my house. I'll be moving the location of my safe and wanting to see if any fellow members have the know-how to do it on Post Tension slab. I don't want to chance it and do it myself. I've read online people using drop-in anchors and also people saying to get the slab x-ray before to see where the cables are.Seems like every other post I have read people all do it different. I have no intention on destroying my homes foundation . Is there any fellow members who can do this the right way or someone you know/trust? PM me your price to do this. I'm planning on heading out with my son on friday afternoon. It will be my first time quail hunting. We'll see how it goes haha.

How many pears did it take to make that size cup in your pic? Do you run the pears in a juicer? I probably had 3lbs of over ripe pears. I boiled them, then I mashed them, then I strained it. That left me with 2.5 cups juice, then simmered it with equal amount of sugar. It was super clear I couldn't even see any pulp in it. I thought I'd have thorns all over heck but it wasn't that bad. Nice man I'm gonna have to try that! I usually pick up pears for my tortoise when I'm out in the desert. Looks like I'll have to stock up some more for me now. Thanks for the info.

This past January was out chasing some coues out in 36a. In the distance there was a White chevy truck on a road that led to a huge tank. I seen the truck slowly making his way down the road. I seen the truck park and no one get out. I figured he was glassing the hills from his truck. All the while, if I had to guess maybe 20-25 yards away from the truck one huge mule deer and about 6-7 does crossed the road. The guy never saw them. They crossed the road and dropped into the wash that led to that tank. I always remember that buck. At the distance I was at, in my 10x it was a huge muley!

Somewhat similar to what happened to me and my cousin couple years back. Was putting a stalk on a nice muley and a doe busted us. He started heading up an opposite hillside when we realized there was a solo hunter sitting there that was skylined and looking the other way. I think the deer winded that guy because he stopped at about 35-40 yards and changed directions real quick. The guy never turned around.

Hmmm let me think about that one. Was really wanting to stay with a glock in 9mm right now. I may consider it though? Anyway you could PM me some pics of the XDM?
