I used to keep mine in it's case under the bed but recently bought a cheap towel hook and put it in the closet on the back side of the door. It's never in the way and its unseen unless you go in the closet and close the door behind you. Great easy safe kept and out of the way.

I started out with 10x42 and then used a buddies 12x50's and his 15x56's and after being in the field with both I decided on the 12x50 because they were not only clearer (to me) but more versatile. I won't own or use anything else now.

Thank you to all who commented. As soon as the sheath is built and I have it in my hands I will update with pics. Just the experience of picking everything out and helping design it was enough to make me want another. I can't wait. Muledeer is your buddy local?

Thanks guys. It was a cool experience to really be able to select every aspect of the knife and I was updated with pics all the way through the build so that was cool too. I'll post up some pics when the sheath is done as well.

A lot depends on what you have done. Avg Joe, who does it here in Gilbert? I'd like to see some of his work.

What part of the valley you in?

I agree about the bow being too light. The z7 or the creed (not the creed xs) are both better shooting more forgiving bows

The company was bought out. When this happened the new company went to another supplier for the metals used and when they did they are now not as strong and don't hold an edge like the should, tend to break easier and in general not ad high of quality as they used to be. We have been seeing most of our WAC em's customers start using the Shuttle T's due to them being a stronger more durable and quieter design and extremely accurate.

It's very true. They are not the same.

Wow. Truly amazing. You and your wife are incredible people and that little boy can for the first time start enjoying childhood and life. Congratulations and bless you all. -
Ok so I'm ordering a Vortex scope for the wife's new gun. I am set on a vortex as I get a crazy discount on it. Gun will be 7mm-08 and never plan on shooting past 600yrds for paper and less for hunting situation. I am considering a Viper 6.5-20x44 or maybe 50 or the Viper HS 6.5-24x50. I know little to nothing about scopes but with the discount I get I wanna get the best for my money. For all you technical guys out there which one of these would be the best for my wife? Thank you for your time and help.

She has no scope time. This is her first rifle and she is looking to buy something affordable that she won't need to replace soon or upgrade. She has chosen the Ruger American Rifle in 7mm-08 and we are planning on having plenty of time to practice and get her comfortable and dialed in. I do know to start off with lower magnification then zoom in. I have a buddy who is a gun guy that suggested these two rifle scopes so I thought I'd ask on here as well.

I just simply asked. I've never even bought a lottery ticket before so this is new to me. Best of luck to all that are in. I hope you win big.

ok so Im curious what happens if someone wins a smaller amount? do you still share with everyone? just seems like if you won you could easily deal with more frustration trying to split a smaller amount. or is there a base level the winnings have to be above?

Looking at buying a ruger for the wife in 7mm-08. Anyone have any experience with this round or this rifle? Opinions?

I did get online and check it out. I think we'll probably just be doing the standard in the 7-08 -
Ruger American rifle

I did see the predator online and it looked nice. Haven't seen that model in person yet. Would the 6.5 be any better or have any advantages over the 7-08 for a woman? Are the rounds easily available and decent priced? Sorry I know little to nothing about rifles. Went with the 7-08 off the recommendation from a buddy who is a gun guy. -

Very nice guys. Thanks for the info. The wife wants to get a rifle to try for hunting but not 100% sure whether she'll like it or not so not wanting to drop a lot on one quite yet. The fact that Ruger is local and all 100% american made is nice. -
Awesome job

If a bow is properly tuned and timed and rest is set at actual center shot and timed the next thing to affect broadheads is either spine or grip. Some bows shoot different broadheads better than others just like guns like certain rounds vs others. In my limited experience of the thousands of bows I've tuned and hunters I've helped set up I have yet to see a properly tuned bow and rest set up with the proper spine arrow not shoot a broadhead well. But taking the bow out of center to make it shoot "correctly" makes little to no sense. You can if absolutely necessary tune it through the yolk or the grip unless there's a medical condition that the can't hold a bow properly.
-
Just curious but how many (broadheads tuners) would also adjust the barrel of your rifle if it didn't shoot where the scope pointed?

No I have used this for everything with my bow from 3d to hunting (aka taking my bow on a hike) and I've NEVER come across an issue. I have the newer compact model and like the pockets to store little things.
