This department is making these numbers up just like the Obamacare folks! This is sickening! Our department is full of liars and poachers and there seems to be no consequences for their actions? I think it is time for a revolt aginnst this out of control department.

Lots of guides are looking for good help, start making some phone calls. If you get caught taking money or accepting meat is lieu of money for guiding without a license, you can not only get charged, but could lose your hunting license. Game and Fish and the USFS are cracking down on unlicensed guides, even doing undercover operations to take down unlicensed/un permitted guides.

I don't think closures are silly. Your right it does keep the good people out but if it just keeps 1 fire from starting a catastrophe then it's worth it. TJ Sounds just like the Anti-Gun argument, if we ban guns and it saves a few lives, then it's worth it... Even if we keep the good people from having them, then it's worth it.

I put out 3 smoldering campfires last week along the border. They can close the forests, but the illegals will keep coming, and keep lighting fires despite your silly closures. Closures only keep the good people out!

You people can't be serious! Just because it's empty you're going to steal my feeder? I put out 3" and 4" PVC tubes with Trace Mineral salts in them. I usually don't have cameras on them, except for maybe the month before I'm going to hunt that area. And I only hang my stand there during the season. I check them every three months in the off season to refill them, but some of them are empty if there is heavy deer or elk use on them, some of them still have salt left when I return. If it's not yours and you take it, you are a thief! If you take something that belongs to someone else, you are stealing! Who made you God, and said you could decide if it is abandoned? I can't believe I am hearing hunters condoning stealing other people stuff, and especially members of this forum!

I know that I had to get an extra rider policy, because mine had limits, and my stuff was worth a lot more.
