What do you mean by organziations? If it's legal to give/sell to another person I would love to buy it from you? I drew my first Coues tag for this unit for 2nd season the first week of November and would like to take my wife possibly so I don't have to go alone and she could get her first deer. I know in Oregon where I am from it's not legal, but I don't know about here in Arizona to sell/ "donate"?
