Supposed to get a good storm this weekend so hopefully it helps a little.

Thank you for actually researching this. Lance, maybe you can do the same next time before posting bogus info. Did you actually research anything yourself? Or just wanted to jump in after reading her comment and say something as if you have known you could hunt there the whole time? There are plenty of laws we all read that sounds a certain way so we think it is that way. Just like a bunch of other people thought it was that way.

Not that I know of!

That's what he wanted you to think Patrick. . That is the first of many posts like this you will see in the next couple weeks so don't fall for it!

Not true. . Cabelas warranty changed to lifetime warranty on manufacturers defects only after 1 year. If you break them after that you're screwed. Vortex is the only one with the unconditional warranty for life. And the vortex razor 12X 50 ' s are about as good as it gets without spending $2000. They are both very close but with the vortex warranty it was a no brainer for me to go for the vortex. -
I'm sure there are still some lying around from last year but don't expect any browns as they haven't dropped yet. I for whatever reason have always found more sheds right on the edge of drainages. If you have a little drainage coming down into a draw or canyon check those out. Southern facing slopes are usually good and really thick timber where they try and get away from the snow from last year.

Have you guys asked any of the buyers besides dennis what kind of cats they want? Flat cats are still used for certain trimming and other things in clothing. Ocassionally buyers are filling orders for people that want flat cats. Obviously they want the big heavy cats but some are still looking for the lower grade cats.

NAFA March Fur Sale Date
bonecollector777 replied to Hyperwrx's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
Plus the 9 or 10% commission they take from you. Prices at the February NAFA sale were Similar To Prices In Globe. The prices in the April sale are usually worse than the February sale so I think Kingman is gonna be better overall with low commission and just the gas to get there. -
Just curious and honest question hyper, who is going to sit and make sure cats are at least 32" and that their fur meets the requirements of sow bellied or flat? Is someone gonna grade them as they come in? Just seems kinda difficult to make sure they meet those requirements. Some are borderline so where is the cut off?

Doubt that. . Anyone that is buying it is selling it and those that are actually using it for fun are using it sparingly because they never know when they will see it again.

I didn't say anything about government regulations on how much ammo you can buy. I simply stated a fact that ammo hoarders are the reason there is no .22 ammo. A guy goes in and sees 5 boxes so he calls his mom, dad, son, brother, and grandma and tells them to come down quick and buy it all for him. Then he locks it away and never uses it or sells it for 5 times as much as he bought it and when the average guy comes in that wants to go plinking with his kids comes in 5 minutes later there Is none for him. I'm not saying you can't buy it all but just because you can doesn't make it right.

Nafa prices were similar to globe but with a $490 average if I remember correctly. I was waiting to see those prices compared to other sales and sadly they are just about as low. So whatever I get offered up in Kingman I'm gonna take it.

Haha up late checking huh? Congrats

Not sure if you're still looking for one but I found an icon 3000 brown bag only for a $100 on the kuiu forums. Obviously you would have to still get the frame. Just saw you were wanting that pack Pretty bad so let me know and I can show you how to get there to the site.

With all the practical jokers about the draw results coming...
bonecollector777 replied to 308Nut's topic in The Campfire
I was just checking back on last year's posts and first hits were coming in march 19th. But last year the last day to update cards was the 18th I think. This year last day to update is the 9th so they should come even earlier. Last year also got extended two days for the deadline and results weren't posted until first of April due to some problems charging cards. Just a guess but if things go smoothly I'd say we will at least know if we got drawn by the 12th of march. So that would mean if cards get hit starting the 12th of march in the morning, from this moment we have 16 days, 11 hours, 20 minutes to wait haha. Possibly sooner! The 16 days will probably feel like 16 weeks but hang in there. -

That would be a pretty safe bet I'd say. Unless they just take forever posting results after charging the cards. -

These are hilarious cuz it's so true! -
Or just buy one and leave some for other people.. That's the problem these days. Everyone wants to buy it all.

That's what I like about the full bore. It's not huge all the time like a badlands. If you need it to be 3600 cubic inches you can use the big bag that attaches. If you just need to carry some smaller things or carry a load of horns you can leave the big bag back at camp.

From what I just read in the faq they knew lions were going to eat sheep and they are hoping somehow the sheep manage to survive and their population grows large enough that the Lions won't have an affect on them. Wtf? It says the Catalinas have the highest population of cats in arizona so I'm not sure how they magically think these sheep are gonna make it. They dang sure made it known they did everything they could to not kill the Lions though. Wouldn't want those environmentalists mad about that. Basically sounds like they are letting things be praying the Lions don't eat them all up. Then it says if by chance these sheep don't survive (which everyone knows they won't except azgfd lovers like jcubed) then oops the little experiment failed. Let's move on and forget about the 30 sheep we sentenced to death. Let's go find something else to blow our money and resources on. AZGFD at its finest.

COMPLETELY OUT OF CONTROL GREED AND ROBBERY!!!!!!!
bonecollector777 replied to a topic in Elk Hunting
AZLance gave us enough facts to prove azgfd is useless. Even backed it up with some numbers like you haha but I think this thread is all but done now. You can go back to strokin' it to the azgfd and we will continue to hate them. -

No no. . That's just funny. Really funny actually. It's funny that you don't think it's funny though.
