Bet it's more towards the end of the week next week. They still have two weeks from today to get them posted and sent out technically so who knows. But as I've said before deadlines don't mean much to them and if something went wrong they'd just push the April 22nd deadline back.

I'm sure it's somewhat complicated. If the next guy in line hadn't drawn yet seems simple but if the next guy in line had one tag and then they see now his first choice is available and give it to him I'd imagine everyone in that second choice slides up and then next guy in line gets that second choice hunt. Could cause some domino effect but I'd imagine pretty soon down the line they find someone who didn't draw another tag. Plus with the calling three times I doubt there are very few people who get the tags off a rejected card.

I don't think vortex cares if you spread it around. And people can do the math 40% off their mrsp. Sometimes their msrp is so high the end price is close to what you can buy stuff at the store for. Other stuff you can save a couple hundred bucks for. The promotive website has a lot of discounts for different people. Guides, LEO, military, Firefighters, EMTS among others.

16 in the antelope world is nothing. I've got 16 and don't expect to feel like I'm gonna draw til 23+

If they have three people working on it like they did to get their other problems fixed it could be a while. Only good thing is I didn't draw so doesn't matter to me how long it takes! If it's three people calling all day for seven hours and talking for 5 minutes it could only take a week. But then throw in the people that don't answer and take all three calls to answer and then the new people that get tags have cards that don't work and they call them three times. . It's a vicious cycle haha definitely 2 weeks I'd say.

Seems like a lot of first timers draw. Had a buddy and his son who had Archery antelope tags last year draw two more rifle antelope tags this year. Just never know! I don't mind it because that's just how our draw works. I've been the recipient of tags others have waited 15 years for and I've also been the one waiting 15 years while other guys who put in first time draw. Always nice having that thought of any year can be your year to draw. But sucks when you have to wait til the bonus pass 15 years later.

After I draw my first then heck yes I would! But until then my antelope tag is my dream tag.

I don't know much about each unit other then reputation and a little shed hunting, but aren't there 10x the tags in 3a/c as 23n? Just curious. Mostly dreaming as I can't ever get myself to hold off on other units long enough to get any of these!That's correct. Way more tags in 3c. Only 15 in 23n and I think around 125 in 3c.

Yeah he would have been right there for the 23n tag but in all honesty 3c really stepped it up last year. And there are a lot of up and comers in 3c. My dad had 23n last year and as good as it was I believe there were just as many big Bulls killed out of 3c as 23n on the Archery hunt. Don't know about rifle or late rifle. I know of a 415, 390, 387, 375, 370, and multiple Bulls in the 350-360 range killed in 3c last year. So all in all I think he did just fine.

Yeah if he put in for 3c archery he is guaranteed with 18 points. Gonna be a fun hunt!

Thanks for the post Hoghntr. I don't regret posting my confession. Noone made me confess I just felt it best to explain my side of the story and let people decide for themselves. Knowing I'd have guys that would be very angry (as they should be) this was all going to come out sooner or later and figured with shedhunter getting it started it was a good time to post about it. Some people took what I said as me saying id still be stealing cameras had I not been caught. That was not my intention but simply saying that even in a bad situation getting caught is what helped me see my mistake and that no picture or camera was worth what I did. I understand the outfitters anger with me I just simply think they are trying to put all the blame on me for according to them the hundreds of cameras that have been stolen across the state. This may come across rude or taken the wrong way but I don't personally feel I need the coueswhitetails crowds approval to feel like I am forgiven and have made it right. That's between me and God. I'm friends with a lot of guys on here and my friends and family are the only opinions that really matter. And from what I know my friends and family understand what I did and that it was wrong and that I've started making it right. I also don't feel that just because I made a mistake and came on here to talk about it that I have to put up with comments like firstcoueswas80 and 2506. I'm not joking about the seriousness of what I did. The seriousness has been made clear long ago. I'm simply responding to guys like firstcoueswas80 in a joking way showing him his opinion really doesn't really effect me. Some might not like it and some might always hold it against me but that's their choice. Me posting about this was never for people to think I'm a victim. I've had nothing done to me that was wrong. I just felt what they wanted was on the side of the crime didn't fit the punishment. I simply explained my story and tried to make it right out of court. They didn't agree with the terms and now they claim to have taken it to court. I'm fine with that. I'll deal with whatever the court throws at me when the time comes. I'm not trying to not be punished for what I did or bragging about what I did. But like I said just because I did something wrong doesn't mean I get to sit back and take it from guys on here. People made their opinions of me clear and I can handle that. Instead of an angry response I joked about it and got the same response as if I'd gotten mad about it. If they wanna keep it going I don't have a problem talking about it. I've got nothing to hide. People are probably mostly annoyed that this keeps coming up in their thread and derailing it.
