rossoutdoors sorry about u buck,,, i support 95 yard shots all day with quality equipment and a ton of practice, witch it sounds like u had, stuff happins there has been three guys on hear that have lost bucks this year but just cuz u go and knock the air out of one at 95 yards they say its not ethical what is ethical? is ethical picking up ur bow a couple weeks or months before the season opens and then decide to practice, or not having a proper tuned arrow,or bow....people but alot of time in to being able to take long shots that are more ethical then people who pick there bow up a week before season and then go hunting,, they where not there and dont know what kind of archer u are or what kind of equipment u had, we are all bowhunter and should all be on the same side !!!!!! next year there will be no more bating so its gonna so either learn about long distance shooting and become an archer and a hunter or go fight over waterholes.....

been out a couple days with my dad,,, a lot of spotting and spooking going on but he did passed on a small fork horn "carp" at twenty yards,, but we seen some good bucks,,,,hope to stick one this weekend

glassed this one up last night in his bed, 385 yard shot not huge but my best one so far dont think i can win the lil buck award agian this year..... my brother shot the fork horn on sat... one more tag to go..........

No past on a ton of bucks but pops still has his archery tag so look out deer

i got the same tag had the same tag for like nine years now, its a great area just walk a good mile off the road and u will be away from most hunters.. but u will still see the ones that dont have a clue.. there so bad they drove me to not even want to take my rifle out of my case and just wait for the dec and see what bow season brings me good luck too all

we seen 15 turkeys in madera canyon last week, i spend alot of time in that unit and have never seen them anywhere elice thats really cool.. and if u have a bear tag send me a pm we seen three last weekend...

34a just glass all day none stop we where just there on the first hunt and seen a good number of bucks... the areas u know about allready are good just keep ur eyes out and u find them...

yup none i seen had any but did glass up a good carp still with velvet

after six days of hunting hard and passing up five decent bucks just waiting for the buck i been watchin since aug, thought i had him peged he beded in the same spot 90 percent of the time..fri moring we got in an hour befor light around eight a hunter came in and took a nap in the same spot this buck usually beds... go figure... i keep after him though seen five other good bucks but i had my mind set on that special one... well finaly this moring i find him after a two hour stalk the closes shot i could get was 520 and yup i missed him just over him...so now im mad and hatein life went to the next canyon i glassed the smallest buck i ever seen and took all my frustration out on him and a perfect shot too i think that made me even more mad... but over all i had a great hunt, got to hunt with my dad and brother we had a blast seen two bears too the fisrt time i ever seen a bear in the wild got them on trail cameras befor but never seen one..i havent had a tag in 4 years and never really understood how to hunt these deer but just from the post and all the stuff on this site has made me a better hunter so thanks amanda and every one on this site u guys are awsome... my last day buck two hours later i get a call from my brother and he got this buck today also this was his first buck..
