Good to know. I only see where the perp gets a fine and loss of hunting privileges. In effect, getting away with it. Even the outfitter up on the ORO using a helicopter and having 2 separate wildlife violations didn't go to jail.

Not defending a poacher, but in reality, I’ve never seen a poacher arrested. Assess a monetary fine? Yes. Loss of hunting privileges? Yes. Arrested? No.

One early dark morning on a turkey hunt, I was heading down an old two track road to a stand of tall pines that turkeys were using as a roost. It was a pretty good hike into a drainage. After a half mile in, still dark, I decided to hit the call to see if I can get a response. As I was standing there, catching my breath, the loudest screech I've ever heard was literally right above me. Freakin owl!!! Scared the living bejesus out of me! lmao!!! Took about 10 minutes for my heart rate to settle back down! haha. I'll never forget that walk in for as long as I live.

Drove by Lake Mary this afternoon on my way into Flagstaff. Lower Lake Mary is nothing more than a marsh and pond near the picnic area. Upper LM looks good.

I have the Galaxy 8 Plus. Good phone that does everything I need it to do. However, I paid over $800 for it 2 years ago. 😮 I bought it new and I’m hoping it keeps going for at least another two years.

I believe this true. I guy I used to work with had this set up and he always had to deflate the tires to get in and out. Kinda of a PITA. Not sure what size he had tho. Maybe there are taller trailers now.

Yeah, I get that. But I think these two incidents are different. She was a nut. In this incident, there were a couple verbal confrontations. The bow hunter tried to diffuse the situation by going down another 2 track road. The guys in the pickup then follow him down that road, he hides behind a berm and shots were fired shortly thereafter. I don’t know. Its an interesting case and we’ll never know how it played out. Only the 4 guys there. One thing for sure: The woods are getting stranger and stranger every hunting season. Diesel in trick tanks, shots fired over argument...etc.

Doesn’t matter. If he felt the shots were fired at him, in his mind, he was threatened. I’m not LEO, but off the top of my head I can think of a couple violations: Disorderly Conduct and Hunter Harassment. ARS 13-2904.6: Recklessly handles, displays or discharges a deadly weapon or dangerous instrument. ARS 17-316.2: Blocking, obstructing or impeding, or attempting to block, obstruct or impede, a person lawfully taking wildlife. ARS 17-316.4: Making or attempting to make physical contact, without permission, with a person lawfully taking wildlife.

With a dark topper and rack on top. So there's a couple unique details. Anyways......I'm sure it's a long shot, but was just posting it here for more exposure. Only takes one lead to push the investigation.

I’ve seen Maiden 4 times. But those days are over. My constant tinnitus reminds me how stupid we were not wearing hearing protection at those concerts. Always running towards the front to be right there by the speakers! Stupid. And I’m paying for it now. With that said.......enjoyed every concert!
