The problem with mandatory reporting is accuracy. There are members on this website who have admittedly said they would report a no kill result even though they harvested an animal. What good is mandatory reporting if hunters report false results?

Did you live here at one time, or just decided to hunt elk in Arizona someday? Would like to hear a little background on how you got to this point. Again, what a great hunt. Congrats!

Looks like the Feds are giving this lawsuit and the State of Arizona the proverbial middle finger. They just released their revised rule dated January 12, 2015 . I've finally convinced myself to purchase a lifetime license. Well, I'm "this" close anyways...lol Since this is a permanent license, one scenario crossed my mind. For example, let's say I sell my house and move to Chandler next year. Now my address on the license won't match my new address. When I apply for hunts online, my address always fills in automatically once I enter my license number. There will now be a discrepancy between the license and the application. Is this an issue? Or does it even matter? I've never seen a lifetime license, so not sure what info is on there, but I tend to overthink a lot of things....

Lol...I've thought the same thing. There's a huge alfalfa field on Riggs/Arizona Ave in Chandler. Heading back to the office the other day I swear there were 200 geese in there. I almost ran off the road just checking them out. People were wondering why I was driving so erratic. Non-hunters have no idea when it's in your blood.

I drew a rifle tag in 2012 with 7 points. You just never know!

I have the Leica 1000R. Outstanding rangefinder. I've ranged beyond 1000 yards with it. Blew my old Nikon out of the water! It's a bit above your price cap, but save up a little bit longer and you won't be disappointed. Fortunately, I aquired a few gift cards(Christmas) for about a two years, saved them in my "hunting piggy bank" until I was ready. Got the final price down to $379. Buy once, cry once!

If you guys are patient, someone will post up the same scenario as yourself. Same points, same hunt, same weapon. Then you just wait for the response and you'll have your answer. Somebody has already posted the same hunt/points/weapon as myself. Now I just wait. No need to bog down Flatlander.

I'm ready to cancel Directv. My monthly bill is ridiculous. I really only watch maybe 10 channels. I sure wish these companies would let us purchase our TV packages "ala carte" and let us choose what channels to purchase. It's frustrating to pay for 120+ channels, yet only watch a handful of them. Another frustrating practice with Directv is not taking care of their loyal customers. New customers get all the free channels, best package pricing, free NFL Ticket, yet current customers get the shaft with no price breaks. Pisses me off every time I see the commercials offering all these great deals for new customers. Unfortunately , they're all the same. I'm seriously thinking of going off the grid for TV and throw up an antenna and get the 10-15 free over the air channels available here in Phoenix.

Can't expect a third string QB to win a road playoff game. Just doesn't happen. Injuries are part of the game. How you respond seperates the Super Bowl champions from the rest. This was a tough row to hoe for the Cardinals. Take the positives and build for next year.
