Couldn't wait any longer so had to submit my vacation request at work as the board was filling up for September. Guaranteed I jinxed my odds now.

Emphasize to your son that turkey hunting requires one to wake up early. Very early!! Of all the big game hunts I've been on, turkey is by far the earliest wake up for me. Depending on where your spot is relative to your camp, make sure to be there well before dawn. Our camp usually gets up at 3:15am and at our spot by 4:30. 3:15am wake ups start to wear me down after a couple days!

Yup. I need to sell something, but I'm going to wait a few weeks! Lol

Heading out the door and on my way to work. The first few hours today will be completely unproductive! Lol

Not on the Strip. Imagine no trail cameras on water. Those guides up there would be lost and have success rates below 1% if not for trail cameras. Deer would be killed, but the true monsters would live another year. Now the rest of the state....not sure how guides would fare. But as far as the Strip goes, trail cameras are like crack cocaine up there.

I was actually productive at work today! It's 1PM and I'm done for the day! Think I'll grab some lunch and a cold beer and wait for my credit card to get hit!

If you're a boss, this is probably the least productive week for businesses as everyone is constantly checking various websites and/or credit card balances...lol

Man, I hope I pull an elk tag this year. Otherwise, I'm selling all my gear and taking up basketweaving!!
