I have the Shooter App and see it can link with either a kestrel or a weatherflow(one that comes with the sig 2400abs setup) wind meter. I see the kestrel has prices $70-$500+ and the weather flow is $65. Anybody have any experience with this and which meter should I look into?

Look at the 3A3C l. The age class has continued to improve since getting rid of the otc there. If you’re looking for opportunity I can see you opposing it, but I live in unit 1 and see the crazy influx every weekend when the otc is going. There’s still 200 more tags on the general hunt than the 3c hunt so in my opinion still enough opportunity.

Nice to see unit 1 stop the otc archery deer and go to a draw.

I haven’t read this one. I’m going to have to though. I’ve only ready shoot out at dawn by one of the powers brothers. Loved that book. Like you said hard to tell what really happened. Just reading shoot at dawn makes me side with the powers a little more. Showing up before the sun is hardly up just seemed like the marshals were doing it the wrong way and wanted their mine. And I heard the way the bullet entered and exited with the way the wound was his hands had to have been up on the dad. I’ve been a few times and it’s amazing how they got that machinery in there. Also climbed down to the bottom of the mine. That was a little hairy haha. Half those rungs are held on by bailing wire.
