ARIZONA Elk hunt 2015 trouble with Rino650
TwoOneEight Photography replied to TwoOneEight Photography's topic in Elk Hunting
Thanks , I'll check my settings again . There is an option to enable or disable each map and I do recon that it was set to Most. For spending $110 on this premium hunt map I'm not impressed yet just think I'm doing something wrong or it downloaded partially . -

Hello All, My names Nick. Im an Archery Hunter and just scored my first Arizona Archery Bull Tag for Unit 6A I truly cant believe it. I have shed hunted near Flag a few times a year for the past few years and have came out empty handed I love the Area near Flag, kinda reminds me of Northern MN so I picked 6A . Now im stuck, I've read a few forums and heard that some of the locations I have seen many Elk at are the ones that people warn about un-respectful hunters that flock like Canadians. If anyone is willing to share some tips, info, ect for a newbie Arizona Elk Hunter that would be very greatful. Im planning on Filming this Hunt to support Arizona Big Game Hunts,Coueswhitetail forums, FRED BEAR ARCHERY and GOPRO4's - making a DIY FILM.

Thief on Mt Ord
TwoOneEight Photography replied to dchambers629's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Wow, thanks for the info. I moved here from Northern MN about 4 years now. Back home I could sit in my climber and pass on 20-30 bucks in a day, than go catch a Salmon for dinner - here I cant even find a mature buck in 4-5 years. I take notes from guides and info from local forums but you never know if their just pushing you the wrong direction lol even shed hunting. I've been out hiking, filming, glassing and burning fuel and still scratching my head. Passed on a few smaller whitetails up in Tortilla flats trail last season but that area gets pressured . Maybe my new BLACK RACKS will draw out some monsters before this hunt ends -

Sorry to hear all these stories. I'm new to AZ 4 years now and have been trying my hardest to find a shooter buck with my Bow . Recently I've been up at mount Ord back on the 4x4 trail scouting and the place looks awesome ! Any tips for this area would be great -
