Shed traps wouldn't be legal to leave on national forest ... Does not make for a cool story on how you found them either.... Nothing beats the feeling exploring new ground and findling sheds

LOL ... Point being if we complain about things we dont like ... they (G&F) will take them away from everyone... Just like live scents and deer marketed mineral licks... What next trail cams.... Just be happy we have such great opportunities to hunt in out own state... I hunt over water Holes or major Trails and use trail cams to get info. Would hate to lose tools in arsenal ... Just saying

Also what is the difference between sitting on a dirt tank with water or a corn feeder.

All hunters have to stick together ... We all have different methods and physical limits. I hunt exclusively with a bow but still respect a coues taken with a rifle. I have a second trip planned to Minnesota on my uncle private land. They do have a lot more deer but the cold is brutal and the deer out there are only on the move at dawn/dusk unlike our deer which are pretty much on the move all day. Yes az is more difficult but I love the challenge. My 2 cents

Not sure if he made thru this season... My trail cam got stolen and need to get a new one or maybe 2 cams out there again. I had a couple nice bucks going past my stand. So I am tryin to find the right trail to set up on him for August ... I found a bunch of fresh rubs near this shed so we will see.

Trail cam pic was dec 2012 ... I just found last Sunday .... It was about 1/4 mile from where that pic was taken. Wished I would have found it sooner ... Still pretty happy to find a shed from a buck I was hunting
