The reason you see truck instead of rail is because they go to Amarillo Texas to another refinery to make it to 100% copper it's only 99.9% on trucks. We also send some on rail too.

The copper is coming from where I work at Asarco in Hayden Az. A copper smelter those things you see on a truck are called anodes and there is 3 bundles to each truck. One bundle has around 18 bars which weigh around 880lbs a lot of money on those trucks! We send out plenty of trucks! If you ever see a number 416 on them I made that copper The copper theft ring also took place here where employees stole more than 10 million dollars worth of copper!

Thats too bad. Def my favorite place! Caught a lot of crappie and bass there in my childhood. Just went last year and caught some crappie from there. Sad to know that its going to be the last one from there for awhile.
