my son drew any antlered deer hunt in 22 and doesnt want to miss his football game on saturday so will be hunting friday and sunday he wants to hunt mulies and hoping for a starting point maybe west or east of the bee line highway what do you guys think thank you and happy hunting

my son drew a youth any antlered deer in unit 22 this is his first time hunting and wants to hunt mulies any info will be appreciated. should he hunt northern or southern part of unit or should he hunt whitetals we are taking a drive up this weekend to start getting familiar with the area thank you and happy hunting. not looking for favorite spots just a starting point
