-
HaHa. That's funny  Weren't you the one that started all this mess in the first place :P :P Just kidding bud. KEEP TRYING. News of an AWESOME TAG for my family just came out. SWEET!
-
They did finally come up!! I was able to get through twice to find out the ol' man didn't get drawn. Then found out my wife drew a 22N cow tag! Then, got through again to find out my info. hit all the right keys, "DRAW RESULTS ARE UNAVAILABLE!!!" What the heck is that!!! ARGHHHHHHH Keep trying.
-
You'd think with less applicants the results could be posted sooner than previous years . Those folks probably want to get them out as bad as we want them out. I can't imagine the calls that come in every hour asking the same ol' questions of when they'll be posted :o . I don't think it's gonna be today. Next week.

2009 Elk and Antelope Application numbers
Coues79 replied to Red Rabbit's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
So its fair to say then that all apps have been opened, accounted for, entered into the system and the draw has already occurred then? -
I wonder if those "Draw" folks have a computer window open to CouesWhitetail.com and are reading these threads? They probably have a good ol' time with each other sayin', "You tell this next ol' boy results are coming out next week." "I'll tell the next ol' boy the draw ain't been done yet." "Then, let's watch and see which ol' boy it is when he posts it up!" "YEEHAW, Mildred! I ain't had this is much fun since I crocheted Junius' blanket a few years back!!" "WHEEEW"

Not Cool. Phone Line was just busy. Got through and still nothing. Now the adrenaline got stuck in my body for no good reason at all. I'm done. -

way, way, way too many. It's borderline ridiculous and I'm actually a little embarrassed. Hurry up already. -
Look on the church website and it gives you an answer to how to deal with Hollowood and their depictions of our beliefs. It is good to stand up for what you believe in and fight for what you feel is right. Try not to dwell on the issue that Hollowood is making; in reality it is a very small portion of people that watch the show and eventually, this will go away. If people are that naive to pass judgement over a fake TV show, let them be sucked into the trap. Yes ScottyBoy, polygamy is something that occurred long, long ago. The Faith and Beliefs of the Latter Day Saints no longer follows this practice and is something that is highly frowned upon. The human race can and should learn from history. It has been stated earlier that it was not being shoved down in your face and I sincerely hope you can understand this. We as a church do not wish to push nor shove our beliefs upon people. Man has free agency and this is something that we highly honor. Coues79

Thanks Doug, I did read the reviews that you had in your first post of this thread. I am interested in a pair as an alternative to carrying my 15 swaro's around my neck. They get difficult to glass with at close distances. I have looked through the Vortex that you mentioned and they are a good glass. Thank you for your input!

Doug, Would you say money well spent? Did you feel any cross-eyes going on? I have to say that is one of my main complaints in regards to lower end bino's and would love to find a pair to go around the neck. Thx

UV-Killers and camo/outdoor clothes
Coues79 replied to natureboyfloyd's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
You will always "smell" enough to have animals smell you. They have unbelievable olfactory senses. As in said before, movement catches the attention of game very well. Moving slowly, behind ridge tops and close to brush helps to break up movement a little bit. Camo can be an expensive product. A good point was brought up about what hunters used to do in the past?? Where was all of the scent-lok and Kings Camo back then?? Did they still kill big bucks? Yes, they did. I guess for me, I fall into the gotta have camo on crowd. Makes me feel like I'm hunting a little bit more. But, if you didn't have it, you'd still probably be successful if you have good hunting techniques. Good Luck. -
Leupold's are always good scopes to look at. They have been around a while and have good customer service/warranty.

Good write up buddy. 100 incher will happen; give it time. Good pics too BTW. Quality hunts would be much better. December hunt without seeing an 80 inch buck, spending 5-6 days in the field hunting hard gets to be pretty disappointing. Take care.
