2007 Honda Rancher 420 Electronic Shift 4x4. Hasn't been used much since we've bought it new in 07' and especially since getting a Ranger in 09'. Garage kept, 660 miles. 145 hrs. Factory tires have over 50% tread left. Gun Scabbard, Bags on the rear rack. Runs excellent. Has a few scratches on the plastic but otherwise in good shape. Brand new battery put on yesterday. Pictures aren't the best. Almost everything I've seen for comparable has been over $4000 for a 4x4 on ATV Trader etc. It's a great running quad, just don't use it much and could use the money. $3500 obo. Thank you.

bump. reduced price. to $3500 obo. put a new battery in too.

If you go the Dry Ice route, depending on how much you have, be careful with it if you plan to keep it inside overnight. Open up some windows or vents. It can be a deadly gas once sublimation occurs from its frozen state... also try to keep it in as big of blocks as you can... it'll last longer.

+1. these are excellent units.

Last year the second Tuesday in June, which is the date they are always due, was the 8th. Results came out what "seemed" to be pretty early last year; July 15th (37 days past the deadline date) This year, the second Tuesday in June was the 14th. Based off of last year, I would assume (of course you know what that means) that at the earliest, they'd be out next week (37 days would be the 21st). All in all, they'll be out when they have the results ready to release. I'm certain they know we are all patiently waiting

what type of scent control do you guys use
Coues79 replied to oz31p's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
It's all going to come down to "if" the deer smells you. Your body puts off microscopic molecules of odor that aren't detectable by humans. Deer break down smell more completely than a lot of other animals; they have a complex olfactory system. You can wear and spray whatever you want however much you want. there will be molecules that leave your body that deer can smell. You have to get the wind right. Perhaps set up a couple different blinds where you want to hunt and sit the one with the best wind direction. IMO I wouldn't rely on a spray; the wind is a much better cover up for scent if you play it right.... -

I prefer a good wall tent. If this is out of the question, the kodiak canvas tent looks nice for a decent price. Just up to to you, how much you want to spend and the ease of setting up. Good luck! That's a fun purchase especially with the kids.

I saw this too. Where in the H E L has this been? Good grief......

Google Earth shows the entire west side of Escudilla burning. Makes a man sick to his stomach.
-
Doesn't seem to be as much media coverage on this significant fire. The media was all over the RC fire when it happened. Anyways, here is what was highlighted at the community meeting held tonight. It has to be a frightening time for a lot of people. It's sickening to think of how much has burned. Spotting in Nutrioso, 40 mph winds overnight Th/Fri; horrible conditions. http://www.wmicentral.com/news/eagar-public-meeting-updates-status-of-wallow-fire-conditions-worse/article_39ab81fe-8a47-11e0-abac-001cc4c002e0.html

New perimeter updated. Hope it doesn't get into the Escudilla complex.... http://inciweb.org/incident/2262/

Dang. 106k acres now. Crazy.
-
Sorry to hear that Bruce.
-
Does anyone have any updated info on size? The incident page still has it at 40k but that's been there for a while.

You can always take your thoughts to the meetings and voice your concerns. It looks like theyre encouraging that this year. Voice your opinion. It surely wont hurt........

Yes. I would vote for it to happen. It seems as if it would help to alleviate some anxiety amongst those that did apply; or at least the anxiety of the "unknown" of when they will actually come out. If there are indeed factors that come into play that will alter the results being posted by that date, it would be possible to communicate this to the public through various resources. This is perhaps something the Game and Fish could look at.
