I Never have used them while hunting but im going to start this year. My ears were ringing for 4 days after I shot my buck last year. 300wsm with a muzzle break is no joke. The funny thing is I had ear plugs with me and about 15 minutes to put them in while laying there waiting for him to stand up.

You have to be able to decipher crazy uncle woodys words. I'm Pretty sure he means two 22 tags in the family but no strip or bab tag for himself.

24 year old guide from Canada bought it, he also paid $390,000 for the antelope island mule deer tag. http://www.standard.net/Recreation/2015/03/01/Canadian-hunter-pays-390K-for-right-to-hunt-1-mule-deer

Here's a 22 buck for you, not from last season though. Don't mind the burlap bow, that was my wife's idea.

I have the icon 5200 and really like it. it's really comfortable, has lots of pockets for organization and with a heavy load it distributes the weight very good IMO. I packed my coues and all my gear out of some nasty country in October with no complaints. Solid pack IMO.

im feeling a little better @workman, show yourself. Remember that time we snuck in on the goat when you had the tag and didn't shoot because he was far away, but in reality I think he was like 60 max. Today reminded me of that a little Yeah I remember Dick, thanks for binging it back up. he had to have been 50 yards max. I Just completely froze up.

I would have you guess you're talking about page 8 in this thread. http://www.coueswhitetail.com/forums/topic/6645-favorite-coues-taxidermist/page-8?do=findComment&comment=525983

I have the havalon piranta and outdoor edge razor blaze, both are extremely sharp. IMO the outdoor edge is the only way to go, it's more sturdy, feels better in my hand and a lot easier/safer to change the blade.

Didn't see the first pic but the one you just posted is the type of stuff the anti hunters look for to make the rest of us real hunters look bad. I suggest you delete that bull$hit.

Let the elk do the calling for you and sneak in on them. Everytime you call you are giving away your location.

Tell me what that's like, I know nothing about it. All I know is my dad, your dad, and I will be putting a serious dent in the booze cabinet for the next few days. I was wondering if they already dented it up when I heard they missed a deer and a turkey lol. I'm pretty sure they did. They sounded like they were lit up yesterday when I talked to them after they got back to the house.
