There is no doubt a difference in the hunts however the element that change are typically small changes and the big difference is how we as hunters adjust to the changes. A lot of time we can anticipate these but if we fail to make the correct adjustments we can find ourselves coming up a little short. But if we do our scouting the way we should, we should be prepared.

I think most guys here would be right there with me but admitting it is another thing .

Okay here's what I would of done, I would of lost all of yours respect by laying my bow down and ruining it for both of us hunter by whippin his butt, then maybe if he runs into me again he will remember the butt whippin and find another Bull. End of story............. respect and ethics goes both ways and being the better guy stands up for what you think is right .

I had a friend who recently purchased some Docter bino's from an online store called "Hot buy electronics.com". When he placed his order he wanted the 15x60 docter. When he recieved them they looked similar to my docters but had not emblems on them and said made in Japan, well we all know Docters are made in Germany and mine have the docter emblems and made in Germany labels. He called the online store and they told him that if he wanted the real docters from Germany it would be an aditional seems to be 300.00 dollars. Well the online advertisement shows the pic's of the real one for 589.00 and thats what he originally paid only to get imitations. Anyways they also told him they no longer carry the Germany made ones and they would not refund his money but he could spend it with them for the amount of the original purchase which was the 589.00. He had to purchase something he didn't want and still hasn't recieved his product. BECAREFUL WITH THESE CLOWNS.

I wish I could help you out on this hunt, not only to help you with your hunt but to spend a little time talking about life in general. Sounds like your a teenager who has come to some obticles in life and need some advice on direction. Thus far you seem to have been blessed, sounds like you have parents who you share the passion of hunting and the outdoors with many of us and most of all have been lucky to draw an Elk tag. Don't go down the wrong road and screw yourself out of any of these gift in life just because something didn't go your way. If you do things the right way in life and make sacrifices when you need to and make the right choices, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy hunting and the outdoors. Good luck and hang in there. I meant to say parents who care..

Just a quick survey, how long do you guys leave your cam's up before moving or removing them. Do you leave them for day's or weeks at a time ?? Some of you guys have some really cool pic's. My buddy and I have been getting a few shots every few day's and I was wondering if we're lucky or is it typical. But I would imagine it all depends on the area too. As soon as i get better at posting i will share some with you .
