You guessed it...no service Alot of cell companies making cheaper and cheaper antennas... There is hope with Google Loon. But then ... we will never be disconnected from the office... with positive comes a very negative...

I'm not going either way with this one. But the news story does raise the following questions: 1) How did the boat capsize? Boats do not capsize so there must have been some cause. 2) How did Peoria Fire Department witness? Are they normally on that lake watching? Was there some interagency training going on? There are valid questions to be raised...details are missing and hopefully there is follow up story. People just read this stuff and don't ask questions but we should...news doesn't always report the important details. Hope the guys heal well. Lonne

Well, usually when folks wait an hour, it's because the game has no idea what hit them. Thus they are not spooked, and they die wondering what the heck happened. In this case, it is clear the bear saw Kidso, realized it was a trap, and turned tail. I have no doubt that when that thing ran, it knew Kidso had hit it, and it was booking for good. So waiting 20 mins in that case was probably a good idea b/c that bear was gonna cover ground.

I am planning to switch my account. Who does the NRA bank with? The Anti-Gun control folks are pushing a full offensive and hoping we are all sleeping. The right to bear arms is the right to bear arms, period, and not all these strings they are attaching. We need to make sure our kids are well educated on the danger of firearms, and keep them in safes locked up away from our kids. I know alot of people probably do not want to put their names in writing on something like this, thinking that if they come collecting our firearms they will come to us first. I can understand that feeling, and I can say that dealers are already required to keep all our background check forms for 20 years and must surrender it to the ATF upon request so basically...just like with Facebook, privacy is long gone already. If they want our firearms they wil go to the dealers and troublemakers first. I'm sure at least 99.99999% (5 9's) of us on here are law abiding... We want America to be the same America it was 20-30 years ago and an even better America than it is or was. So speak out and make our voice and opinion known - let them know they are not gonna take our rights nor our arms. Archery in AZ with a (non-hunting) sidearm is normally disallowed. However in recent past AZGFD has allowed one due to the situation down on the border. Recently I saw a news article in the Arizona Republic stating that illegal drophouses were down in Phoenix. Then today I was reading the AZGFD FAQ which at some point previously stated non-hunting sidearms were the exception to the rule, however it no longer states that. It now appears it is disallowed? Can anyone confirm Game and Fish is no longer allowing this or did I mis-read? I have been in a situation once already where we faced some others at night near a smuggler camp we found that was disturbing, and we smartly decided to disappear in another direction anticipating if it was the real bad guys we would be out armed and easily disposed of to avoid witnesses. Hunting in our own state and being out-armed by illegal smugglers. The 2nd amendment was the Right to Bear Arms for a reason and this is one of them. Lonne
