Hornady A-MAX 7mm 162gr
Couesdeer replied to huntjunkie's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
used to load them in 7 rem mag, and now load them in 7-08. Great bullets, I was sad when they were discontinued. -
I have two very nice scopes up for sale. I can meet in the North Tucson/Marana/OV/Oracle areas Happy to ship, buyer must cover actual charges. 1) Swarovski Z6 2.5-15X44 L HD. BRH reticle, Excellent condition. High power optics turret caps. https://highpoweroptics.com/product/micrometer-style-turret-for-swarovski-z6i/ Only flaw that I can find is a small ring smudge on bottom side. I have included a photo. Box, paperwork, and all kinds of goodies included $1700 2) SWFA 1-6x24 HD .mil/Illuminated donut https://www.swfa.com/swfa-ss-hd-1-6x24-tactical-30mm-riflescope.html?___SID=U Almost flawless. You cam make out very slight ringmarks in the right light. Otherwise perfect. $725

Necking up 7mm-08 to 308
Couesdeer replied to bowhunter-tw's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
I have a friend who has done this exact thing with 100s of 7-08 1x fired brass. Worked fine. Run them through your .308 sizing die. You should be good to go. That being said, If you prefer to sell it, I shoot the heck out of 7-08 and would be interested in your brass. -
Dropping the prices a bit. Swarovski: $1650 SWFA $700

Even better, IMO, were the 69.99 Czech VZ-24 at Big 5. from roughly the same time frame (mid 90s). I turned more than a few into nice sporters.

Great scope! I will add that Minox USA's warranty department is top notch. I bought a used version of this same model scope years ago that the previous owner tightened the rings too tight (dents in the tube, somehow causing the focus to not work above 9X). Sent it in and got back a brand new one within 2 weeks! I found the image sharper than any of my Leupold VX3s.

Bought this, tried it, and decided that I cant get used to it. I am a traditional stock guy, I guess. XLR element Chassis for a SA Remington 700. Includes the XLR taclite adjustable buttstock and ergo pistol grip. $450. If I don't mention this, someone is sure to ask... so Rifle/scope/mounts are NOT included. Located in Catalina. North of Tucson. I can meet as far north as Florence.

I ended up trading it. Thanks.

Hello toolking and welcome to the site! I appreciate your offer, but I think the rifle is priced fairly as is, and for now, I am firm on the price.

Survival Arms AR-7 Packable .22 Very good condition. $250 FTF (Catalina, North of Tucson) I can ship this to an AZ address to an AZ resident for actual shipping costs.

This rifle is sold. Thanks all for the interest!

Thanks for looking out for me, but it is perfectly legal to transfer rifles in state. We get in trouble if handguns are involved or we plan to ship to a resident of another state. https://www.atf.gov/firearms/qa/may-nonlicensee-ship-firearm-through-us-postal-service

Very good condition. Bright, clear, everything Leicas should be. The show minor wear as they have been hunted. No scratches or imperfections on the lenses, however. They did have a speck on the inside (drove me nuts for a few weeks). I sent them to Leica in 2007-08 (I think) they fixed the problem and repurged/sealed them. $600 shipped $575 FTF (Catalina, North of Tucson)

What he said. I don't have any experience with browning rifles, but i have dropped timneys in multiple Rem 700s, win 70s, a few mauser 98s, as well as a couple of older savage 110s. huge improvement in all cases.
