I wanted to share my last two Coues bucks harvested with an AxisWorks custom built rifle. "Lagertha" the 28 Nosler has been a work horse harvesting an abundance of animals. Eric (speedygoss) is a perfectionist with an insane amount of knowledge when it comes to gunsmithing and precision rifle building. You will not be dissatisfied with his customer service. Best thing is he gives a discount on shop labor to all CWT members. Here is his sponsor page link on CWT Sponsor site great local companies deserve all the shout outs. (Arizona) Thank you Eric! I harvested my 2017 Coues buck with less than an hour to "last shooting light" at 946 yards on my last day to hunt. (Obviously wanting to get closer but with only two days to hunt, having less than an hour and the buck being across a deep wide canyon in a sea of scrub oak/cat claw over head there was no way for it to happen) It was either 946 yards or an 80 yard shot with a chance of not making it in time on my last day to hunt. Having all my experience with the rifle, I was extremely comfortable and confident. Drilled him the first shot I also harvested my 2016 Coues buck with the same rifle at 660 yards. Enjoy- 20 replies

I agree with ruthunter. Reach out to Hunter Smith with Broadhead Outfitters. He is very knowledgeable of the unit and knows how to get it done. Good luck with an awesome tag to have!
