Hope your exactly right winslow hunt is a tuff hunt. went during the rut and it was a blast just so thick and no elevation. Get up in the trees and boom boom. Meat isn't that great cause what they eat but got a decent 6x6 two years ago. If I don't get drawn this year I will be up their pm me if interested.

Antler restrictions means more animals accidentally shot. Seen it with my own two eyes in Colorado and my late pa would roll over in his grave if I couldn't shoot any more spike elk.

Yeah last year tons of ducks but no geese were shot. Last weekend when we got out of the truck we had a HUGE snow geese fly over 'it looked like a small plane" I could tell that it was going to be a good day. Some noises just never get old, when you hear that HONKING, it just stops you in your place and you hope they come into range. Heading back up this weekend so more pics to come.

With a busy December I was unable to do much duck hunting, but sure am making up for it in 2013.

So marry Xmas to me. My bride to be informed me for xmas she is gonna get me my first bow. Budget about 1k with all the accessories. I'm 6'3 and about a 30 ish draw length. With reading some other postings I plan on shooting some different bow to see which feels more comfortable. My question is which bows should I start with? I want to be able to use it on elk to small animals. Thanks for the help.
