My uncles live in horrible California and they have been hunting in 6a before I was born, they must have a lucky horseshoe up you know where cause they always get drawn, sometimes 2 years in a row. My father in law has been putting in as a non res for the late 6a bull hunt and has been drawn twice now in 5 years. Pm me with any questions etc you might have.

I asked this question before my mule deer hunt. I did hunt with my ar for 2 days when I was doing some still hunting. Think I picked up some federal premium 223 ammo like 65 grains or so.

Love my vortex strikefire II, thought the 1x power would be hard to shoot out past 150 yards but have been able to shoot out to 250 plus yards with it.

I was on the 16th green last year on Tuesday and it was a blast, from what I can remember.

Great looking drakes and congrats on your success. Get to working on your duck call, I have one in my vehicle which is the best place to practice IMO. Calling ducks in az is I feel harder than in some of the northern states cause u really can find groups of ducks that are very call shy.

I work near Sky harbor and live in way north PHX so if I need to be a middle man for some meat I can help. Done way worse when I was young. Also I have freezer space and make frequent trips up north so can help with that if needed as well. Just let me know. Brian

I picked up a Minox MD 50, I wanted a cheaper end spotter that was small enough for my pack but could also withstand some abuse from being in my pack. Had it for three years now and it has worked just perfect.

If you do sit it then yes you should use decoys. Can you use a duck call??? Also u could be hunting just a few resident ducks and not migrating ducks. The action could be very slow unlike the fast paced action of jump shooting tanks.
