That deal with your coyotes getting chased away by atv's is why I hate calling on the weekends. Right after I shot the coyote today I heard voices and proceeded to shut down the caller. A couple was out hiking in the middle of nowhere. Casey I think I'm going to start passing on the dogs and focus on the cats as well. Goog luck tomorrow.

I am learning that you need to just bring both a rifle and gauge because what ever you don't have you will need. Besides you would hate to call in a lion with only a shotgun in your hand(you may have a moral decision to make.) Good luck Josh

It was perfect out actually. The rain stopped at about 10 a.m. so I hit it after that. This is a pic of the other dog it had a real nice coat.Josh

I ended up drawing my third choice this year which was a mule deer tag. So after getting over being depressed about not hunting coues deer this year I got after the muley's. This is my first mule deer and it ended up being a fun hunt. I made a friend of mine help carry him about a mile through a canyon instead of quarteting up so the boys could see the deer whole. I couldn't get them away from the buck after getting it home.Thanks Todd for all the help. Josh

The rifle is a 22-250 and the minaska call is a great call. It is mt second caller I have purchased from them.

Way to get them desert dogs Ernesto! i wish i hadn't choked on my second stand of the year the other day and missed a double. I got so excitedI shot right over there backs at forty yards. I swear I think I get more excited shooting at coyotes coming to thecall than deer. I will give you a call soon my friend. josh

Thought I would post some pics of an awesome trip I just got back from. We spent six days fishing in the Amazon rain forrest in Brazil. We had a group of four and caught 642 fish. We stayed in floating cabins that were moved around the river system by a large house boat. The accomidations were excellent. Great staff,guides, and the food was unbelievable. The Peacock bass hit even harder than what I was expecting. The largest fish I caught was fifteen pounds,along with a bunch around the ten pound mark.The flaura and fauna was everything you would expect to see going into the Amazon. We saw many parrots,macaws,caimens,and the unbelievably beautiful pink dolphins. It was a great trip and would highly recommend any angler who has ever wanted to fish for these super aggresive predators to do it.

Yes I forgot to mention that peacock bass is some of the best tasting fresh water fish I have ever had. The pirahna was pretty good as well.
