We have three tags in January for this hunt is anybody familiar with the herds in this unit any help would be appreciated

My uncle and both my cousins drew unit 27 Archery mule deer I've never hunted this unit any tips would be greatly appreciated by the way the hunt is in the beginning of january should be around the rut shouldnt it?

stay to the far north of the unit toward glenwood area but plan on working for it

thats jim reynolds he finds them in unit 34 i believe. from what I've heard he is one heck of a guide and hunter congrats on the ones that you got

well I made my first antler lamp it came out pretty good made out of three big non typical mule deer sheds I am working on one with some coues sheds I'll post some pics when i get it done here is another view

lets see if this one came out better well couldnt get it smaller but hope that works

well I went for another hike today I only found one shed it was just alittle guy and the sun already took its color it was still real smooth though but when I went to pick it up I caught a glare about a hundred yards aweay. when I got there to check it out I found a small jar with some very brittle paper in it I carefully opened it and moved the paper just enough to see that it was an old mining claim curious to see what the rest of it says but I am afraid to try and take it out of the jar i think it would fall apart any ideas?

went hiking today didnt find any sheds saw plenty of deer and seen a fewbucks with nubs only was able to get these pics also found two skulls one was a yearling buck the other was a doe i just let them lay i got a pic of a pretty neat skull a friend found recently but i cant seem to reduce it down enough any help would be appreciated

just one question ? who gets to keep them now that youll be heading youre own ways

when i tried to log on my computer blocked it but said it was the trojan virus

this rack is about ten years old but was kept up very well the only pics I have are whatever I take but it sure would be nice to see this buck alive or like you said in the field pics

well I recently got my hands on this rack which was shot on the AZ and mexico border by a guy in glendale it is absolutely a toad I'd like to have it officially scored but for now thought maybe you guys would have some good estimates the pics don't do justice for the mass this guy carries all the way through his antlers

main beams are 16 and 15 with 3 inch brows 9inch G2 9 3\4 on the other side the H1 - H4 is between 4 to 4 1\2 all the way through both main beams there are 11 scorable points and a 13 1\2 inch inside spread oh the g-3 both sides are between 5 and 6 inches

I scored this guy this morning and gross scored him at 119 any body in the safford area that would like to second that score is welcome to pm me and we could meet up trust me these pics do no justice for this guy Thanks for help posting these pics younghunter

went hiking today unit 28 saw two decent bulls both still had there anlers

sure would like to know what that toad scoared

I usually don't worry about archery to much until the draw results come out but none the less I get my kicks from the chase and just being out there looking at these beautiful animals I hike as often as possible and if there are no antlers to look at then there are always antlers to look for I found this shedtwo years before we shot the buck here is the buck it came from shot by Kyle Daunhauer
