Good pic of a Javelina; and great pic of the huge Centipede or is it a Tomato Worm. Buckhorn -
Just asking. #1 It is the property of G&F; Or G&F is in the position of the Elk? Can't understand how they own it until it goes to court! #2 It will be auctioned off? Even if they are not found guilty. #3 How rich is he? No point here just curious. #4 Which Judge presided over the case; I really would have liked to be there? #5 I may or may not be one of "The Guys" but don't lump me into that category. Thanks #6 The game warden actually seen them shot the elk? Would have been nice of him to mmmmmmmmmmmm maybe say something like let me go with you and make sure you don't do something wrong lord knows I'm not doing anything else. #7 WERE YOU THERE WHEN THIS HAPPENED OR ARE YOU TRYING TO STIR THE POT???????????????? Also never get into a cave. The lightning after it has hit the ground looks for open spaces and will get you quicker than in the open. Buckhorn

I've heard both versions of the hunt (G&F and the Guides). It was taken legally with a question mark. The horns, cape and meat haven't gone to waste and they are trying to come up with the full play by play of what happened. G&F was there and walked them through the killing of the animal so that there wouldn't be any questions as to the killing of the Bull. But even with them being on site when it happened there is still a question. 438 Gross. I'll let somebody else tell the remainder of the story Buckhorn

When I was a kid I was in 4-H swine and the Maximum weight for a pig was 250lbs and the average was @ 235 lbs. The average pig this year at my daughters fair was @ 285lbs with no maximum. When I asked the judge he said that the pigs have all been breed for a much taller and way longer pig thus giving us a heavier pig when sold or judged for market. And I believe this is the reason we are seeing all these pics on larger than usaul hogs. we bought my sons pig on January 6 2007 and it was 50lbs we butchered it yesterday and it was 52 inches from between the ears to the base of the tail and it weight was 364lbs. So I think a pig that big isn't out of the question. But to say it wasn't farm feed to get that big is a flat out lie. just my .02 Buckhorn

My uncle got bite last night by a snake; and he has not a clue as to what kind it was. I guess by the time he got a flash light that actually worked he couldn't find it. And to top it all off the stupid ARS didn't go to the hospital. I called bull$)(!^ this morning until I saw the holes in his ankle and he told me it felt like a mack truck hit him when it struck. All I know is I would have died on the spot from a heart attack right there or I would have been calling my wife to pick me up in Tucson (from Camp Verde) around midnight because I hadn't stopped running from it yet. It was Illigal to have a gun on campus anyway. So why in the heck do they think Gun control would work. Unbelievable. I've heard on the radio a couple people interviewed said they "wondered if someone other than the gunman had a gun WOULD it have turned out different"...... Buckhorn
