People shouldn't live in the desert either but they do. And as long as people inhabit a certain area you are going to have the introduction of animals; that way you can sustain life. And as said before we wouldn't have near as much wildlife in Arizona if it wasn't for the ranchers. Buckhorn

Buckhorn replied to Red Rabbit's topic in Photography of Coues Deer and Other Wildlife
I'm not positive but isn't that Tin Roof Cabin not that your wrong Grong. Round-up had a shed on the side of it that Ralston used to park his Model T under. And I don't remember Round-up having the big Cedar tree next to it or the tank being East as were Tinny the tank sets West from the cabin. Shet I need to get up there it's been to long. Mike the shack you are talking about is Buckhorn Cabin I believe. Buckhorn -

I think there are as many idiots in the State as there are in DC. Buckhorn -
Gino, Here are two really good websites that you can look up new fires on. There are a few others that are good but when my computer crashed I lost them; I'll call around and get them for you in the next couple of days. http://www.nifc.gov/nicc/index.htm http://gacc.nifc.gov/swcc/information/information.htm Buckhorn

Spring Snow Melt and Global Warming
Buckhorn replied to SilentButDeadly's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
There are a-lot of SCIENTIST that discredit the Global Warming theory. The scary thing that IS going to happen and already has started is the amount of products that we have made overseas because of the green push here in the US. Buckhorn -
So when are WE going back Gino? I missed that part. Great job on a great turkey. Buckhorn

Spring Snow Melt and Global Warming
Buckhorn replied to SilentButDeadly's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
This stuff isn't unsupported - there are hundreds (and thousands) of other researchers who have come to the same conclusions - everything from birds migrating and laying eggs at different times, tropical species moving north, plants blooming sooner, etc, etc. The problem that i have with this; is that we have the same amount of people that have come to the conclusion that Global Warming isn't happening. And now that it has gone political the chances that the truth will ever come-out is slim to none. And I for one am not ready to support something that the Sierra Club is backing. http://www.americanpolicy.org/un/thereisnoglobal.htm -
Spring Snow Melt and Global Warming
Buckhorn replied to SilentButDeadly's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
I was wondering how long it was going to take before someone blamed the forest fires on Global Warming and not the enviromentalist that stopped the logging, removed cattle and controlled the fires to the point that the under brush is so high that the only way that you can clean it up is to have a fire big enough that we as human can't control it. Ha Mike long time no see. Congrads on a excellent Ram. Buckhorn
