2011 red river trip, my boys outdid me this year with 18" and 17"...we had great time up in Red River over 4th of July... vinihunt

about 2 and half hour north from Santa Fe, NM 30 miles from Taos. it is only place we can fish due Forest Closures around North Part of NM. Hopefully the Rain continues, so It will open again soon. vinihunt

our tradionally trip to Red River over 4th of July..our boys caught hefty fish at private pond where my parents stay at a nice rental cabin (Rio Colorado Cabins) we stayed at river ranch rv park where I caught few nice 17" fish with fly rod and moquite / rengade flies behind the camp...cant wait to go back again!

Hope WFGinNM's cabin in Dome is safe from Las Conchas fire. it is 65,000 now. out of control forest fire cause in private land, spreading real fast..you can read news and pray for Los Alamos and surrounding people lives up there..
