That has to be one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. That would be like saying I had a 400 inch bull broadside at 20 yards, but didn't shoot because it was only 30 minutes into opening day! I have the rifle in my possession now. It is in perfect condition . Ttt -

Your telling me, I have been there in person and they didnt want to issue left over tags for jr. Because I didnt have their hunter saftey cards. I pitched a bi$#h, and told them that they are the issuer. Finally she checked the computer and found the hunter safety. If you dont ask they wont tell, most state workers suck.
