When did they revise the statute .... It has always been based on location and though I did not do a registration in 2015 in 2014 it was still required... as well as an inspection the first time registering it ... If you have a young one ,8 -9 , start now. It may be worse now , but my youngest is now 13 with 2 elk in his pocket.
