I usedem when I was a kid, we would sharpen up some sticks with a barlow and shootem with our homemade bow strung with fishing line.

Cost under 20$

Skin and rinse out brain, boil, pressure wash and degrease with dawn dish soap and purple power. Coat with salon care volume 40 creme and set in the sun for a day.
