There are lots of sunflowers right now.

Best bet is to find a sunflower patch near water. I have yet to find a good spot up here. It's hard to kill more than a few each day.

It's by no means new, but it has a lot of life left. I sent it back to Badlands last fall and got a few things replaced. If there is anything you want fixed it costs $12 to send it in. I'll include a coupon they sent back with it. It took less than 2 weeks to get it back.

The lower has less than 100rds through it. I got the upper in a trade over a year ago. I was told it only had 20rds through it. I have never shot it. Comes with 1 mag.

I couldn't find a model number on it. It is tall enough to use sitting, even on a steep hill, but too short to use standing. The paint is scratched from being carried outside my pack, but it's in great working condition. Very lightweight! Asking $40 shipped.

I hate to say this, but Taco Bell is about as good as anywhere I have eaten in Showlow. Maybe I just have bad luck, but the food in that town sucks. Bear Wallow in Alpine makes a great burger.

This can be a tough hunt. I have been on it the last 5 years. This year is the first time I will have a tag in my pocket. We have killed several bulls within 500yds of the major roads. Learn where to look. Most hunters drive right by them.
