Okay guys this is a shot in the dark- I have some hunting equipment that I don't use but is still good quality (some stuff brand new). Additionally I have some professional sevices in the health care that I can provide. Altogether it's about $600 in value. I am looking for a nice bow, 30-06 rifle, nice binos or a nice scope. If you got something you would like to get off your hands "pm" with what you got in mind and we can trade ideas and I can go indepth about what I have and what I do for work that I can offer. Again, it's a shot in the dark but I prefer this rather than having a garage sale haha. That's for looking.

Does it make anyone else laugh that 90% of the threads that go more than a few pages worth of comments has controversy going back and forth?

Holy crap that thing is a beast!

I would be annoyed if someone encroached on an area I was accustomed to hunting as well but they have as much right to be there as you do. Just leave your phone # there and see if there is a way that you can both hunt the area and not conflict on dates. Is your stand over water? Clearly there is a reason you have your stand there and a reason why someone would put a camera there as well. Just keep a cool head.

That's crazy!

It's true. If a bear offers you candy and a ride home just say NO. -

Has Anyone Deer Hunted Mount Lemmon Before?
ready2hunt replied to CouesHunterAZ's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
Sounds like "Rifleman" found his way back on the site -
Most gunsmiths and outdoor shops will do it for free. Just give them a call. I know that sportsmans, bass pro and cabelas all will. At least they have done it for me and I didnt have to buy anything from them. They may be a bit far from you if you are in Florence so if that is the case just order one for $25. It's not hard to do.

Couesbaiter, go easy on the guy. Your first post on this website and your knocking someone else. If I didn't know any better I'd say he shot your puppy. Yes Mount Lemmon is as good as any. Like any (coues holding) unit, have to put some miles on your boots to find a really good shooter but plenty of meat up there. I don't know about you guys I just want AZLance to give up his secret spots for the jaguars lol -
That is insane!! How much longer as we gonna put up with this crap??!!!!

bear hunting danger
ready2hunt replied to jeremiah lindsey's topic in Black Bear or Grizzly Bear hunts
I have found that covering myself in honey is a great deterrent- like a natural bear repellent. Jk It is just as dangerous than any other form of hunting here in AZ. You just have to be aware of your surroundings at all times. Both of those rifles are great (i personally prefer 180gr in my 30-06 when bear hunting) The only time a bear is truly a danger to you is if it is not at all scared by your presence. That would mean its a sow with cubs around or it sees you as a potential meal/threat. Even sows with cubs will run 99% of the time. I don't know anyone who is overly dramatic about the dangers of bear hunting but I will be the first to say the COMPLACENCY = DANGER. Be smart and you'll be perfectly fine, -
Ya it's safe to safe no work will get done today. Pretty sure my clock is broken...it seems like time is not moving.

+1 to the above comments. I personally use dry ice in a paper sack. Its about $6 a block but lasts a long time. Your can get it at fry's too
