How about $100 and a "Mystery Bag?" .....maybe its good....maybe it isn't....

Yes I am having a rug made. Probably won't be done until later this year. That little skull is a coatimundi. I got that about 1/2 from where I shot the bear a few years back

I like the oak log idea I just don't have a lot if room. I would love the bark pattern behind it though. It's still a work in progress so until it's done it'll have to stay in the garage. Hoping the have the plaque done by the end of this week.

General Questions #3..Hunting Techinques...
ready2hunt replied to macknnc's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
I have been blessed to harvest a decent number of coues bucks and all of them have been under 50 yards. My very first buck was at 10 yards.....we scared eachother coming around a big boulder. However, all these bucks have been in the same area as I knew where to be and their food/bedding sources and it's so thick that long shots are simply not feasible. Even with my blind/dumb luck i would say that if you hunt coues your gonna take long shots BUT it also depends on where you hunt. Of course you can get close....hence there are great hunters that harvest them with bows. (I cannot put myself in that category yet) +1000 to "sometimes you just cant get closer" -
I feel for this guy...wish I had put in for hunts with lower draw odds

I'm curious about this as well. Any one been hit with chase

That picture of that cat on the cliff is awesome! Is that a petrified log that the dog is on? It sure looks like one. If it is....that pic is one in a million -
+1 to sedona. You can get a high class room for the both of you....enjoy good food etc and you are only min. for great fishing etc. Congrats

sweet baby. good reminder to be grateful for good health. Happy going home day to everyone!

Haha yes that's what I meant. I had to change that typo. Interestingly the older mature bucks have always dropped their antlers first. Again that's just on my cameras but I do find that interesting

General Coues hunting question #2
ready2hunt replied to macknnc's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
I only hunt the early hunts. Mainly because I want to get drawn more often but I love seeing the deer before they are really spooked. I'd love a rut hunt but I just like to be out there as much as i can -
Nice pics. That bear must have just been ween'd...the turkeys look as big as him.
