Awesome low kick hand gun for home protection or a good (larger) starter for ladies. Nothing feels better than shooting the long colt cowboy round. Bump for a good gun

Well like many, my bills suddenly out weight my paycheck and I am forced to part with this. It is a complete 3 caliber reloading setup! 9mm, .45 and .30 Christmas is around the corner and you, your family or someone could use this. Below are the listed items. I don't mind parting things out but would rather sell in a lump sum. The value of the items below (adjusted for use) is just over $800. I am a no nonsense seller and if you buy the entire set up I will sell it for $650 even. Make me a good cash offer and I will throw in over 600 rounds of (once fired) brass. my primos cams are are in the price range and do great at night. never had an issue with them. all are IR and hold up well with the battery power- i have never actually had one die yet but they have got real low especially as it gets colder. My best one was even messed with by a bear. broke the clip that held the belt on it as well as the lens protector. I just took out the lens protector and its still running good. 6 1/2 years of seasonal use and they are all still running good. Each cam and company will have it's pros and cons but out of 6 different cams not a single issue, good resolution at 8mp at all hours- I will continue to give my business to that cam.

Jeans or thick military bdu's if scouting. nothing name brand if hunting. something soft and quiet- usually what was on clearance from walmart the year before.

looks like a good bear. Congrats- let us know what is skull measures out too! -
Welcome! This site is a lot of fun and has a lot of great info that's family friendly as well. You'll love it here and just like every state- the AZ outdoors will offer you something no other state can. Having said that- The rules for hunting here are extremely simple. It is open season year round on the following: Communists, socialists, tree huggin' hippies, people who use the word dude & man in the same sentence, drug mules and ANYONE who feels the "right to bare arms" is outdated. Just make you sure are humane when dispatching..don't use 3 bullets when you can finish the whole clip. To fit in- always have a side arm and enough ammo in the closet to support a militia. I am obviously just kidding! (you should have enough ammo for an army)

How big is the his bear?
ready2hunt replied to Phil Carr's topic in Black Bear or Grizzly Bear hunts
That bear is probably a pregnant sow. They generally breed in July as far as I understand and will give birth in January or just before. Putting on a lot of weight for her and the cubs for the winter in my guess. Its a good bear from what I can see. However, I am NOT a bear expert. I have one bear to my name and it was from dumb luck. Since then I have to say though- I am 100% obsessed with bear hunting. Most of the literature that I have read about "field judging" bears has to do with the ears such as "how far back on the skull," "how wide set they are" and "if they are small in comparison to the head." I have to admit, my (1) bear did not fit ANY of those categories. The ears looked large, they were close but were set a bit far back. What I found to work after I spent some time with the taxidermist and it seems (TO ME) to be a little more accurate when judging is- "HOW LONG IS THE SNOUT IN COMPARISON TO THE OVER HEAD." All the "BIG" skulls I have seen at the taxidermist tend to have one thing in common- the snouts are about 1/3 or more of the skull from the tip of the nose to the back of the head. Smaller bears have a smaller or pudgy look to them compared to the head. AGAIN, I am really no expert just my .02, hope it helps!! -

cant wait to hear it

I wasn't raised to be disrespectful to women but I seriously feel bad for the individual who has to live with that. I would have shot that bear as a mercy kill after hearing her talk.

Anyone see any 6A Thunder Chickens while out chasing elk?
ready2hunt replied to 6ANut's topic in Turkeys!
I hear that! I'll see you out there Saturday. If we get into them I'll PM you. Well probably start out north and work our way south. I'll be scouting for my dad's elk hunt so we'll cover a lot of ground this weekend. -
Great pics thanks for sharing

I've heard that it hasn't been as easy as it has in past years. Maybe I just need to associate with different people. Tags are clearly being filled but I don't know any of them.

I think the answer to that would tend to be yes however, I have picked up a good number of bears on some of my cameras who either have never come back or rarely show up. In my experience the answer to your question depends more on wether or not there is food/shelter and/or water in the area- mainly food. In the case of the bear in my avatar I found it VERY interesting that (in the particular area I shot him) only one other bear would stick around. A lot of wanders would pass by due to a water source near by but the only time another bear popped up is if this one wasn't around for 2-3 days at a time. I am sure it was a territory thing. I am by no means an expert though- just my observations.
