    Quest Primal

Well I shot the 2013 Primes today and have decided to buy one. I have for sale a Quest Primal at 72ish pounds and 29.5" draw length (draw length can be adjusted). The bow has a BRAND NEW string and cable set. The finish is pretty much perfect on the bow. It has been a great bow and I am getting 300-303fps with a 400 grain arrow. Like I said, the only reason I am getting rid of it is to help pay for a new Prime. The bow will come with a Black and Gold 7-pin sight. I am going to take everything else off of it. The bow was $800.00 new and the sight was $150 new. Both are in great shape. $550 for both or $475 for just the bow.

    Kenetrek boots advice

I have the kenetrek mountain extremes and kenetrek mountain safaris. Both are really comfortable boots, but I wear their K-talon soles out very quickly. All of my buddies wear kenetreks too and we all have worn the toes of the soles out very quickly. All of us think pretty much the same thing, they are super comfortable, but we have not been impressed with the durability of the soles. You can get them resoled for about $85 as long as you don't wear through the boot leather under the sole. Unfortunately, it is pretty easy to wear through the soles too much and then the resole costs like $180 or something, which at that point you may as well buy new boots. The other complaint I have about the mountain extreme non-insulated is that they don't keep my feet very warm in cold weather and my feet get hot in warm weather, which can be really frustrating. With all of these complaints, I am still really happy with them! If I go with Kenetrek on my next pair of boots, I will probably buy the mountain guide non-insulated. They are basically the mountain extremes (which I really like) but they come with a tough Vibram sole which should solve my main complaint of them wearing out too quickly. Good luck, and I think ultimately you will love kenetrek boots. The other boot you can check out is the kenetrek desert guide boot. They are really tough (vibram sole) for the rocky desert terrain, the only thing is that I don't think they are waterproof. If you want waterproof boots with the vibram, certainly check out the mountain guide I previously mentioned.

    Gun Buyback Program-Phoenix PD

I wonder if I am allowed to sit at the parking lot entrance offering $400 for ARs and $200 for all other guns... Maybe create a bidding war. I like that vasectomy comment, haha!

    Best GPS?

I am looking to buy a new GPS because I carefully placed my old one in the woods somewhere and never found it again. I am looking at getting the garmin Oregon 450t. Does anyone else have this GPS and is it worth owning? If not what is your favorite GPS? I don't know anything about the new ones.

    Draw Odds Calculator

I have already put in for my units, but I have been trying to help some friends decide on units and I went to use the MonsterMuleys calculator, but it is nowhere to be found. Does anyone know of any other reliable sites with calculators that break down odds by number of bonus points etc...?

    Quest Primal

For those of you lucky enough to draw a tag and are looking for a great bow at a good price let me know. I threw a hi-jack rest, G5 Maglock quiver, and an X-Coil stabilizer on the bow to make the package, but I have not increased the asking price.

Dear A hole on the ATV

I hear ya! I have found 5 right sides and there were quad tracks next to all of them. I am assuming the lazy bastard just picked up the left and drove off without ever looking for the other side. I can't stand those people!

Thank you everyone for the feedback! This gives me plenty to think about before I buy. I appreciate it!

WTB Black Gold Rush or Ascent 5 Pin .19 bow sight

I have a Rush 7 pin on that Quest Primal I have in the classified section. I might be willing to sell the sight by itself. PM me with what you are thinking.

    Quest Primal

Thanks rossislider! Yeah I totally agree with you. If more people knew about the quality of their bows, their company would expand even faster than it currently is now. A lot of people get hung up on names and miss out on some of the other great options out there.

Here is a review of the bow for anybody who is interested. You won't find a bad review anywhere on this bow.

Brand new Swarovski tripod adapter set up for $100 (about $150 new). I prefer the outdoorsman adapter and have no need for this one.

    Vortex Kaibabs

I have a virtually brand new pair of Kaibabs. They are like new in the box with all of the included accessories. I glassed for about 20 minutes during a deer hunt before being rained out, and that is all. They are about $1,310 after tax new so I am asking $1,100 shipped or $1050 face to face (I am in Flagstaff). Outdoorsman stud not included.

    Vortex Kaibabs

I have someone that contacted me before you did and is interested in purchasing the swaro adapter by itself. If the deal falls through, I will consider your offer. I am just trying to be fair as far as taking offers on a first come first served basis.
