It's the new American way and 99% of the people don't care any more what happens or to who it happens to.....just open your eyes !! The people are following along in the governments footsteps just lie, lie, lie until you believe it yourself, laugh at and try to embarrass people who call you out on it and try to make them look stupid to others even though they are RIGHT. It's happening everywhere, everyday. Spin it, spin it, spin it until it goes away. Just like this AZDGF deal, people aren't wanting to hang anyone from what I've seen they want the TRUTH and justice for all !! but if it gets spun enough it will turn into something else.....just the way some people would like it to.

I agree with you R.O.W. but this, like so many things that go corrupt in this country/government seems if you spin it long enough or act like it's not a big deal it will just go away. Sad but true . There was a time when heads would roll but in todays PC world anything goes.

I think if you work for AZDGF or you are a judge or just your average joe hunter you should obey the law or pay the price. I hope if I ever decide to poach something and get caught you guys that want it to ...go away... give me a big pat on the back and say just let it go, just keep it quite, no big deal. Not really, if I ever poach....lock me up. I'd deserve it.

Some of you guys get on here and no matter what a person does, to you it's OK. He/they broke the law...it's OK leave him alone, he/they screwed someone over....it's OK leave him alone, he/they did wrong but he is a nice guy to talk to ...it's OK leave him alone. When you see a wrong you need to try and right it !! If I see someone poach wildlife should I do something about it or should I just turn my back like a lot of you do ? You can bet AZDGF wants me to do something about it, they will even PAY you to get involved. It's plane and simple these guys did wrong. Are they going to teach this in hunter ed...... you can't do it because it's illegal but a Conservation LEO and his buddys can. We aren't going to divide hunters AZDGF is going to.

So let me get this right.......If I shoot a bull on Thursday afternoon and can't find him and can't come back to look for him the next day I can have someone else look for him, kill him and put MY tag on him when he dies because he was going to die anyway??? I think I will carry a copy of this thread with me so if I am ever stopped and questioned about doing this I can show the LEO how it's done by their own people and tell him I put my friends tag on it after I killed it because it was going to die any way..... Have a nice day officer I'd like to shoot the breeze with you a little longer but I have some more elk hunting to do. IMO... After reading the report I would be issuing the officers and the judge some citations. If you can't come back and look for your elk after shooting him don't shoot in the late afternoon ! Ethics !!! Are these conservation officers green/rookies ?... If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.

Very sorry to hear this. Get a lawyer and sue them ! This same thing happened to a family friend about 15- 20 years ago the dentist was doing all kinds of thing to this kid, root canals, trying special fillings, drilling his teeth to nubs. In the end it absolutely ruined his teeth. When ever he has talked to me about it he has told me the only way to explain it would like being molested when you are a young kid and having to live with it. Do what ever it takes !!!!!

DIY....I would drive and have all my hunting gear and a good truck with me. I hunted WY last year for 21 days and if I didn't have my truck and all my gear I would have had to call for help the first time it snowed. About 5 days into the hunt we got about a foot of snow. The elk changed their ways then.

I would go right up Salt River hammer down... I take a loaded semi full of produce up that way a lot when I want to stop and visit me bro in NM. Got a big Kitty CAT under the hood though.

It's all about how you take care of them !! but I will say the Ford 6.0 was junk !! My bros 02 7.3 F350 was bought brand new has 240,000 something miles on it and has been in the Ford shop 1 time in 11 years and that was for a cam pos. sensor recall about 30 minutes work for free. We put greasable ball joints in it about 5 years ago, couple sets of glow plugs, 1 serpentine belt, new set of 4x4 lock out hubs , the factory 4x4 on the fly hubs.... if you don't use them all the time freeze up and an altenator . It gets 20 mpg empty . With a diesel you have to change the fuel filter on a regular basis, air filter, oil and filter , drain the water from the filter, change the trans oil regularly.....Most people with cars NEVER change the fuel filter or the trans oil on their vehicle ....so it doesn't matter what you buy you just have to do the maintenance!! If they put a Caterpillar motor in a pickup truck there wouldn't even be a close second to that motor !! We have a few Peterbilt's that have over a million miles on them all with reg. maint. and Rotella T oil.

I don't think you would ever hear a class act like Derek Jeter say that in a baseball stadium full of kids...I'm old school I didn't like it.

I bought my first diesel pickup in 1994 and have never had anything other than a diesel since. Any Dodge, Ford or Chevy will do what you want . I like the Ford 6.7 the best. The best engine in a Ford since the 7.3.... it is a hoss !!! Plus IMO they are the best looking truck on the road. The key to owning a big diesel pickup is "maintnance" use good oil and filters, change the trans oil every 25,000 miles make sure you have ELC coolant in the ratiator to prevent cavitation of aluminum componets, buy good diesel fuel buy from a truckstop or from a place that sells alot of fuel. They cost alot of money today so take care of it and it will last for a very long time. MAINTANCE !!!
