Why we're petitioning things? Can you please change the lottery system, as in Powerball, scratchers, etc.? The same thing; I've been in line a long time and probably have spent more money than I should, just to have some newbie that's only bought one or two tickets win ahead of me - total crock... It should certainly go in order; enough is enough.

Game and Fish does not force anyone to take Hunter Safety... They do give our youth an opportunity to hunt big game prior to the age of 14 if they are willing to put forth a little effort and sacrifice a little time to complete the course. Good way teach them we are not always entitled to things but we have to earn them.
