    Deer processing?

    beech19pilot posted a topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer

    Anyone know of a butcher or meat processor around Sierra Vista or Patagonia. Going on the 28 OCT 05 Hunt in 36B and just trying to be ready. I imagine it will be pretty warm during the day to keep an animal hanging around for too long. Mark
