Sucks man, just put a cam up and I gave it a 50/50 to last the three weeks we're leaving it out. Call Lance, he might have used the "buy it now" button on ebay. I just can't wait til we hear some caught in the act stories.

Well Congrats and Happy Early Birthday to you. Most can only hope to be harvesting animals at age 75 minus a month, I hope I can keep my train moving that well in 40 years.

I recently purchased the shooter buck target from Amazon and it was to my door for $85. I'm pretty sure you can replace vitals for about $25. IMO, it is a perfect representation of a coues buck. I've been really happy w this target, w a few exceptions. I shoot around 300 fps and arrow removal is tough, when the target was new I was rubbing a bar of soap on the arrows to ease removal. This worked great, now that the target is "tenderized" it doesn't seem to be as bad. Doubt it will hold up to Broadheads at all.

Chuck took 3 yrs to do two whitetail mounts for my friend and I. We literally were just showing up at his shop and bugging him with phone calls. We made several threats to come get our stuff. We only had small deposits on those, your much worse off than we were. Go to Devin and Chris' shop at Roger and Oracle and look around. 6 to 7 mo turn around for top notch work.

Sweet bucks! Gotta love the Non-Typs! I'm sooo ready for season.

What does a "real hunter" need then? Elcabron....... Just curious, cause I want to be a real hunter someday when I grow up

I would have to guess the meat was properly tenderized by the time it reached the bottom.

We got back into SkyHarbor Wednesday Evening from our nine day vacation and wedding. I must say things went pretty well and I couldn't be happier. We had a few days to hang out with family and friends before getting ready for the big bash. We had lots of help through the process and we couldn't have done it without everyone's efforts, thank you.... A special thanks for Tracy(Gr8whitejr) and Angie(girlygirlhunter) coming out and being a part of our wedding, we love you guys! F-35 PSE sight works just fine for me. I've had this sight for about 5 years and it's on my X force now. If your shooting 300fps (give or take),with the large housing you should be able to set pins out to 120 yards at ten yard increments (fun for practice only IMO). I believe the new version is around $80, make sure it has the .19 pins though. The .29 pins are too fat in my opinion. Spott Hoggs are sweet but they won't make you a better shooter and they're awfully proud of them based on the price.

I do remember your post now that you bring it up, but I was referring to yet another post. I remember his name and he's well liked and I'll leave that one alone. Point was, he also claimed to have pics and it didn't go anywhere. To each his own, perhaps a bluff in hopes of someone actually buying into it and returning the cam. But, if you do have pics that prove someone stole your stuff, well then post em. You know someone will recognize the dirtbag and hopefully get your cam back and better yet, some punishment from Johnny Law. Maybe butt whoopin if u choose to go that route. Post the pics!

Isn't sad we must build such a creation just to make us feel like our camera might be safe.... Pretty cool though, looks like a fun project
-
So your the one taking all the cams Lance.... LOL, just kidding of course I smell a bluff on the "I have pics of the thief". Seems like their was a post quite a while back of another similar claim and it also did not produce pictures. I only wish I had pictures of the jerks who pried my lock box open like a tuna can and stole my camera. Anyway, if ya got em, post em! I hate thieves!!!! I love the idea of busting someone stealing a camera with another one, but what if they took them both. Man, that would really hurt.

I really like the mount, looks like a great job to me

Man I heard about these while we were up there I think, Colleen's sister mentioned going to a spillway and seeing huge fish piled on top of each other. Next time we'll go for sure. Oneshot, I was dying to shoot when we got home. I'm sure I'll see you out there soon.

Had to look again, these pics are sick! Love em

Thanks guys! I figured the CWT Crew would enjoy our cake topper

That's neat right there! Too bad it wasn't a lengthy video clip.

I just received a letter in the mail saying 64,000 acres in Unit 10 will be shut down for the 2011 rifle seasons. Next year it will be open with the quarter mile rule in effect. Archery hunting will go on as normal this year. Closure is for the Perrin Ranch and is also due to construction of a "wind farm". These things are the most god awful ugly use of the land I think I ever seen. IMO

You and your family seem to be tough on the big deer. I'm sure your bro or dad are going to drop one these! It's gettin close to show time!

Welcome, Keep em coming!

Some friends of mine have this set up. Great bow for growing kids and or ladies. I don't think I've ever heard a complaint about them. I know of at least one coues who fell victim to this bow! I was trying to get this set up for my wife, a friend of mine gave us his daughter's browning and we put heavier limbs on it instead.

Ya think? Never woulda thunk it......

You might be able to pattern them before the monsoon. A Few years back, we had the same three bucks come in together at around the same time while they were growing. As soon as the monsoons came, that was the end to the "pattern".

Once a day at 6:27 am and 5:42 pm, but every once in a while at 11:42am to change things up a bit. Hope this helps
