NODINKS just because they treed 7 bears in five days is not saying that it was easy. When you are in bear country you can glass that many bears and more. on several occasions I have glassed that many bears in a weekend. On top of that with glassing you are able to determine if you want to pursue a specific bear or not... when you are runin dogs you dont know what the bear is going to look like till you have them in a tree and as was stated earlier you have no idea how long it will take or how far you will have to chase to get that bear in a tree. In those 5 days of treeing bears I bet they worked every bit as hard chasing those bears as any other method if not harder...on top of that houndsmen have a whole lot more at risk when they let those dogs take off after a bear or cat.

I purchased this safe on sale 6 months ago for the same price. It is a good safe. I have had no problems with the lock (keep my fingers crossed!) As far as the interior it isnt the best but it does look good and is easy on the guns. Based on the safe that I recieved I would recommend to anyone as long as they are not too picky about things. The problem with my interior was that the holes cut from wood in the bottom for anchor bolts were not a circle and the plugs they send are...so the plugs dont fit, its an easy fix and definately worth the money you save on it, its just nice to know in advance what to expect when youre buying it so you are not dissapointed.

Haha I watched that too and found it curious! Definately a bear box on the tree and I dont know how else youd get it to stich to the tree without a bolt in it!
