Went out hiking yesterday and stumbled across a really cool find in my opinion:) the atle pretty much explains but one way or another it shed one antler and died and i found both sides! i was so excited. i couldnt believe it. and some how i actually didnt see the dead head half until i was about to step on it. lucky find!!! such a blessing

wow!! alot more thought went into yours haha. my first instinct was alot simpler. but yeah i defiantly agree, so many different things could have happened. weird thing was there were no bones anywhere near by. my theory was just that maybe he was a lion kill and the lion carried his head somewhere and as he was eating on it, the other antler fell off. all this happening obviously during shedding season

I went for a little hike yesterday and came across this!!! A brown. Very happy and blessed to have come across this. I was out with a buddy that hasnt been shed hunting much and i was trying to give him some pointers (trying) and in the middle of my sentence " hey man i usually look under........... trees like this just cause i like areas like that" right after i said under i come around the tree and this shed is in my face! pretty cool the way it happened. sorry for the crappy pictures. didnt have my good camera for the atl. sorry i couldnt get the other pictures turned. didnt work for some reason
