Wow, nice Oryx! You must have left right after your bear hunt. Having a great fall hunt season! What's up next? I've been putting in for an oryx hunt for 8 years. Thinking of an off range hunt like you did. What side of the range were you on?

Are 15X's that much of an advantage
Couestracker replied to joeinaz0's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
I have both the 10x42 and 15x56 Swarovski's. I was javelina hunting and using my 15's, found a herd feeding on a hillside about 3/4 miles out. I brought up my 10x42's and couldn’t see them even though I knew where they were. And yes, I hiked up and got one with my bow. ☺ -
Amazing bull, hunt, story and luck. You found a giant bull that expert guides had been after for a while by luck. But it's so cool, because she planned and worked and practiced to have a successful hunt...and she did! Huge congratulations to her and her proud father. Eastmans article and videos icing on the cake.

Tommy, have you heard of Maverick. It is not to far from there. It about 3 miles upstream from where Pacheta Creek dumps into the Black river. No Ammon, I don't know, but I'll Google it. Need to get out more often I guess.....

Great color phase bear! Congratulations to all. Let's see some mount pictures too please.

Wow Doug, that's awesome! Where are the falls, I've never heard of them before? Thanks, Tommy.
