If you're going to apply for a leftover tag, be sure to NOT use the blue envelope used for the regular draw paper apps. Use the address listed on the leftover tags list. This bit me once......

This doesn't make sense... So when do they start selling over the counter? I can see mail ins trickling in for days.... Ed F Per the Spring hunt regs, over the counter sales at 8am Dec 4th.

They won't be sold online. See other thread with list. Apply by mail so it arrives on Saturday or Monday (the 27th). On the application, request a hunt license if drawn. All these instructions are on the game and fist website.
