The pizza only takes an hour, when is the beer ready!? Heck, I'll bring the fixings to make the pizza just to test your oven out.

Toyota Tundra Owners..... Yea or nay

My 2000 Tundra V8 4x4, ~118xxx, is a very nice rig. I just brought into modern times with a set of FJ 17in wheels to replace the stock 16in-ers. She looks great!
  4. Excellent. That's not cheating at all. Encores and XP-100s are just another part of the adventure.

    Watch your step...they are out!

Nice photo and big snake! They are out down south as well. They found two Westerns in a trap house at the Sportsman's Center on Fort Huachuca a few days ago.

    .223/ 556 hoarding

M855 and SS109 are caught between banning rumors and a public comment period. Only time will tell what the outcome is. The ATF released an apology for some confusion... http://www.atf.gov/sites/default/files/assets/Library/Publications/notice_of_publishing_error.pdf

    Sandhill Cranes at Whitewater Draw

Great Amanda! Axel took us to Whitewater Draw a couple of weeks ago. What a neat sight to see. We were there at about 10:30 and watched the return of thousands of the birds over the next hour or two. Quite amazing. Plenty of other birds and critters as well. We watched an Arizona Cotton Rat searching for something good at the waters edge. And hooted with the Great Horned Owl that stays in the barn. And had the fortune to talk with (but mostly listen to) Sheri Williamson. What a nice day.

    4x4 coues

Nice deer. Congrats. Being fairly new to Arizona whitetails, what does the majority call this rack... besides nice, a shooter, etc? OP says 4x4. Others say 3x3. In the Midwest we would say 8 pointer. What gives?

    7mm or .308?

This PrecisionRifleBlog.com article suggests that the long range match folks are overwhelmingly using one bullet, the 6mm 105gr Berger Hybrid. http://precisionrifleblog.com/2014/12/11/reloading-components/

New Year, New Snow, Two Bucks

Congrats. That was the first text-play-by-play-story I've read. Cool.
  22. Well, by the amount of backpacks and assorted other garbage left here in the Huachuca Wilderness areas, I am sad to hear that any of the dirty, nasty felon litterbugs make it any further north at all. At least the fence has slowed the accumulation of trash a little bit.
