Thems boxer shorts.......so, yeah, I guess you do see my underpants! I had a feeling you'd be able to see through my leafy suit.......it was like 170 degrees that day! That's embarrasing........you can actually see my farmers tan!

I'm not sure I want everyone else to see them...but .....do you have the picture that went off in my face? Of all the tanks in this state, and I make it a point to get my photo taken at one of em', and it shows up here.......that's crazy! Thanks for sharin' JIM>

BEEN THERE........DONE THAT! Brought back tons of memories! Some good some not so good, I'll share the not so good one with ya..........We had a "pond" just like that one and had it pretty deep and kept wondering what the nasty smell was.....and what the floating chunks of meat and hair were from! I'll stop there, I'm gettin' sick sorry. #1 Rule..... NEVER let your kids build a mud swimmin' hole right where you bury your pets!

broadheads you guys are shooting?
COOSEFAN replied to firstcoueswas80's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
If i ever get a shot ill hit em, ill just never get a shot! I do believe when we were hunting in december you were telling us about all your MISSES at coues... including one at like 5 yards i believe. Am I correct on this? maybe you would like to share with the class (smartass!) hey, atleast you shoot a good broadhead though! Casey, I haven't had that many misses.....I haven't had one single hit either and that one was not 5 yrds....it was like 15yrds and that buck pulled a "Matrix" move on my arrow....you'd have to see it to believe it! I killed a bear with those Steelforce heads and I loved them until after when I had bought two packages that had defective heads in each....That killed it for me and I then went to the Montec's. The Tekans flew awesome and smacked my 'Loper at 60 yrds with em', but like has been said....I got tired of having to make sure they weren't deployed to any extent when pulling em' out of the quiver or when just sitting on the string! I'll stick to the fixed blades.....less worry! JIM> -

Best Archery Dealers/Shops in the Valley
COOSEFAN replied to archeryasu's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
I grew up shooting around Jim Conway at the Ben Avery shoots every Sunday.........he's a great guy! He went out of his way to help me work on my form one day and in one hour I learned lessons from him, that to this day, still run through my mind every time I draw my bow! He's an archery guru! JIM> -

Best Archery Dealers/Shops in the Valley
COOSEFAN replied to archeryasu's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
I've had problems with the others, but it's usually when they are busy and you get helped by some part-timer that knows less than yourself! I have always liked the shop owners and a select few of the employees from those other shops though. But, I will always go to Archery Headquarters and trust everyone there.......great guys and very knowledgeable......never had a problem there. Just MY $0.02 -
I've got the Browning Buckmark 22lr and freekin' love it! I've had mine for 6 or 7 years now and have shot thousands of rounds through it and it still never jams and I have never had a problem with it. I've played with several other brand name 22 pistols and none of them compare to the durability and consistency of the Buckmark. I think I paid close to $400 for mine back then from Lone Wolf (it was new). Awesome plinker and rabbit slayer! JIM>

Here's a few scoutin' pics my Bro got last weekend.........pic's are from video so they are not that good (except for the first one). I'd have no problem lettin' the arrow fly on a few of these! These are all different bulls..... This bull would never stop for a side veiw to snap the pic off the video.......I never judge a bull facing away 'cause they always look bigger than they are, but this one is a toad from any angle, the pic doesn't do em' justice....... This is his buddy following along behind him..... Here's a little one, thought the pic was cool...... The best thing is that there ARE some bigger bulls than these out there this year! Gonna be a better year than we thought it was gonna be......just gotta pray for rain and a good rut!! Hope you all enjoy the pics, JIM>

Nevermind... the link don't work

Well for the price they paid do you think anybody would fess up and say they didn,t like them? That's probably true!

Awesome Velvet!
COOSEFAN replied to COOSEFAN's topic in Photography of Coues Deer and Other Wildlife
Hey Ilene.........yep, you are one lucky lady! I can't seem to find any velvet deer worth looking at.....so I figured I would just add to the growing amount of velvet bull pic's on this site. We are gonna have to start calling this site, "Bull-Tail.com" if we keep it up "Antlers are Antlers.......I don't really care what they're attached to!" JIM> -

Hey guys, my buddy is burning his 5B Bull tag and I found a 16B Early Rifle Bull tag for $4,500.00. I have not hunted 16B, but some of my favorite spots are very close to 16B so I have a general idea what the hunt may be like. As always, I'm not wanting to know where to go............I am curious if this hunt is worth the $5,300.00 .......? What's crazy is that the tags are almost twice that much just a few miles away! What you guys think? Too much? Thanks for your advice, JIM>
