i called a lion in once and didn't see it til i stood up to leave. it was during the b.s. closure, june, july, august, so i didn't pull the trigger.

marlin 336w with busnell elite 3200 2-7x32. 350$ rifle and scope like brand new. remington 742 30-06 with pentax 3-9x40? nice scope. rifle is very accurate for an old auto loader. scope is in good shape. glass is great. 250$

single axle 5x10 foot quad trailer. 3500lbs axle. spare tire. solid tool box in the front. ramp folds down in the back. no hinges on gate but sets into a channel. nice if you need to load a pallet onto trailer. located in flagstaff. 750$ not sure off hand but probably around 5 years old. foxpro fx3 is a great little caller. you can change the sounds anytime you want with a computer at home. they have lots of sounds to choose from. the wt, as i understand it you cannot change any sounds. foxpro has many other callers as well. the fury is supposed to have better sound. i would like to get the prairie blaster someday....i got mine from all predator calls.com . i still get the free predator magazine from him. you can pick your sounds as well.

your not doing anything wrong. its just your location.

fresh snow is one thing.easy to bust through.when snow melts and re freezes it becomes a different animal altogether.even with chains a mere six inches is difficult to get through.

i just bought an alps leanback chair 24$ at sportsmans. seems to be pretty stout. has a cooler on the bottom.

we usually leave a camera when we find a kill. make for some good photos.
