I saw a mulie buck on Sunday that was already decent sized in velvet. I’m guessing he’ll end up at the 150” mark by hunting season. Had a smaller buck and two does with them. Tried to get a picture but one doe hissed at me then stomped! They all bounced away like mule deer do.

Looks like somebody didn’t read the regs again! Don’t worry about it though, it’s not in there. I believe leftovers are issued numbers that are above the original draw amount number. I’m probably wrong though.

Your first post says “that window” so again, where in the regs does it state when you have to mail it in for the particular part of the state your in? Can you read it for me? I mean, since it’s in there and all.

So what does reading the regs have to do with trying to get your app in during the “window” of time that allows you to get a tag? Do the regs tell you how long the mail takes from certain cities in the state?

I received a package from Virginia in 3 days. But they tell us half way across the state takes the same time!? I understand your frustration. I didn't even mail one in. If it’s left over after the leftover draw then I’ll go to the office and buy it. If not then I’ll hunt other stuff. Like others have said, we won’t have this issue in the next year or two.

Used mini cabbage (Brussels sprouts) diced small. Corn, onion, lime, cilantro, and seasoning. Made a sauce. Diced tomato and onion to top. It’s been a long time since I’ve done shrimp tacos but these came out more than edible!!
