If your close to Tucson I'll take them. What size are they?

Where did you go? What are you after? And what's your goal? I grew upon 27 pm me I might be able to help.
-
Don't know if it's worse or I'm just noticing it more? Usually this time of year lots are asking for "not your honey hole" or "I plan on scouting alot" I'm not bothered by it, I'll help if I can. I'm with you though.

Hunt any open road off of 82.

Who's Not Afraid to Hunt Down South?
muledeerarea33? replied to John O's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
I had a group two years ago. I pulled of I-10 on my way home. (Less than 1/2 mile from I-10) cracked a beer and started dove hunting. 10 min later people came out of the bushes and say down on the bank of the pond. Confused, I called the BP. They came and all were detained. My blood was pumping but I wouldn't really call it a "southern unit issue" BP didn't care bout my beer on the hood of the truck, the pistol on my hip, or the shotgun in my hand. -
It's still the best and most knowledgeable site I know of for az/nm. I also understand that's its just a website! Yes I'm addicted to it and feed of the knowledge but I have a life off the Internet where actual outdoor activities take place. One man getting kicked off and a few FB guys (I don't even have FB) aren't going to shut down the great resource that this site is. I've been here along time, people come and go.

Who's Not Afraid to Hunt Down South?
muledeerarea33? replied to John O's topic in Bowhunting for Coues Deer
Lol the cats out!! I've never had a tag south of I-10 until this year but have spent alot of time south. Never had an issue (knock on wood) however we did find some pot plants growing wild while out scouting today. -
Jcubed, I honestly never minded rifle mans comments, lots didn't like them though. The group spoke, he's gone. End of story. I'm not easily offended as some know.

Haha 25-06 your a school boy buddy!!! I know lark wasn't baned but still curious (as are you) where he went?
-
I was actually talking to another member of the site a few hours ago about what actually happened to lark? We both like lark and have no clue where or why he left?
-
I doubt that will happen. The good thing about this site unlike our country and other sites, this site has democracy. The people complained/voted and got rid of the squeaky wheel. No matter who had like or dislikes, he's gone. We can all move on til the next one comes along.

Good ammo!!!!! I prefer federal HST for pistol round. Really good stuff!!!!! As I've told others who think there ammo is superior......"lets stand 50 yards apart and shoot each other! Gosh darn guarantee we'd both die"!!! No ones taken my offer yet!! Haha most any defense load will kill.

He spoke his mind, waaaaaayyyyy to much!!!! And he turned vulgar towards other users (worse than he had been) personally I liked the break up he provided but lots of folks thought different. So he's gone now. not the first time. CWT.com will have another firecracker join and then......? Who knows

Yeah, same here. Put a cam on a tank here close to the house last year (first year owning one) I knew the area wasn't well traveled but I put it there 3 days before the hunt hoping to see the one deer I'd been looking for. I was sleepless for 3 days!!! I went back and it was there. Hearing the stories here...... It's been suiting on my table ever since. Might go up in a secluded area soon. Sorry someone stole your stuff. It happens.

Rocky S2V boots size 13-FOR SALE
muledeerarea33? replied to Shooter McGavin's topic in Classified Ads
What's the width? I'm a 2-3E depending on the boot and a 14-13 depending on the boot. My redwings are 14EEE lol do the Rockies run big? -
That's not the corn hole setup from the BBQ in young last weekend is it?

If you could any unit, any time of the year.....
muledeerarea33? replied to idgaf's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
I understand its a huge decision! The payment for the raffle is very small (lower that a standard tag!!) for what you can achieve by having it. I would use the provided guide (I think it includes guide services?) like a water well and pump him for info til he's dry. Have fun, possible learn a new unit and harvest a nice deer, no matter the unit or time of year, it's dang near once in a life time if that. I posted good units earlier but I'm sure there's better and I wish you luck! -
Situational Awareness... Feeling like a Jackwagon.
muledeerarea33? replied to Scooter's topic in Predator Hunting and Trapping
i remember then all fondly, same guy? Either way it broke up a monotonous day. I love reading the serious posts and regular posts as much as I like the pages upon pages of arguments. Sue me, it's my only entertainment haha -
Bleach is a good first choice. If its a cheaper half chest, sell it and buy another one. My half chest was 300ish and works good, my buddy bought an upright commercial freezer used for $75 bucks. If you can't live with the smell, pick up another.

As soon as they get the monthly interest they'll mail them out, it's a business, you'll have it before your hunt, no worries
-
Last bump! Sorry I can't post pics but can text or email them. Make an offer. If not ill have to finish it and sell it for more lol.

I started building this gun 5 years ago. Winchester shadow action, 26" heavy contour Douglas XX premium barell, 2.3 lbs trigger (barell and trigger done by Lawson's in Tucson) the stock is thumb hole walnut and already bedded with acra glass but not finished yet (90%or so done) the metal of the gun is painted black (to prevent rust) haven't got around to blueing or coating yet. The factory stock and barell are included (factory stock cut to shoot with current barell but not pretty) it does need bottom metal! I'll also include the reamer and go/no go gauges. Also around 50-100 rounds once fired brass and dies if when I find them.barell and gunsmith work alone was $700ish, my uncle wade built the stock (he's very good!!) maybe $150ish, action with extras I'm guessing $300ish? I'm asking $800 total. Or trade for glock 17 glock 21, kimber 1911 in 45 or 9mm, or a decent rifle rem or Winchester with a magnum long action. I don't know how to post pics but if you text me ill send some. Located in benson/Tucson. Will not ship.

Accuracy: Some questions
muledeerarea33? replied to Condor's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
exactly. Record your first morning shot and evening shot, after your gun and ammo has been in "hunting conditions" all day. A noon shot is good to if you have time to check it all. Seperate your firsts and second shots for the mean and average. I did this all last fall and winter (even during my late nov. hunt) and it made a difference. Small difference, but past 500 yards small equals big.
